being alone with your thoughts
can be so painful but healing in its own way.
i feel like i should just run for hours, or hit something really hard, or maybe just curl up with a really big blanket - perferably a down comforter - and be upset. oi, but theres so much to be happy about, so much life to live, plus the clouds cleared just for the sunset. that doesnt happen every rainy day. |

^sometimes the bad thoughts are good to think out though mr lunchbuddy, gets them out of your system and into the air where they can shrivel up and die, then you can make room for the bush load of happy thoughts waiting on the outskirts of your mind.
