Ok this is a tougher question than origianlly thought.
1) Experienced is good because there's no timidness and the sex is usually great but too experienced means this girls been with a ton of guys which is kinda gross.
2) Unexperienced is not so great because they are nervous and scared but at the same time you know that you are the only one that's been there and that's just facking hawt in itself.

too experienced does not necessarily mean that someones been with a lot of people...

you can have a helluva lotta sex with only a few people...and still be very experienced...as long as you are willing to try new things and not do the same thing in bed every fucking time

Experienced because they have fewer inhibitions and can just be ready to go at it. Inexperienced because alot of times they'll try harder to "prove" themselves.
