Wow...so many cynical comments.
I could care less if a girl has a baby voice.

If I see a cute baby, or cute animal, I'll speak to it in a baby-ish voice, as many other people do.
I even use a "less-mature" voice when speaking to my parents, because this way they still think I'm innocent.
