something that made me sigh this evening:
i coach 11 and under waterpolo, and the team we were playing against tonight didnt have enough players. ok we'll have a fun day then. apparently not. other coach decides to add in older players, one being 15, to play gainst my 11 year olds and 10 year olds. SUPER. then he doesnt let myself or the other coach ref, thats ok, however he allows fights to ensue "dont worry ladies, this is waterpolo" ok guy, yes it is. but these are 11 year olds.

why didnt you just sub some of your kids onto the other team?

^ sadly due ot the weather conditions, we only had enough players for one line up.
the whole thing made me sigh. i pulled rank and ended it all early. i didnt want to see the mess in the pool anymore.
