^got me, i dont like to take things like that. i know nyquil has alcohol in it, im not sure about dayquil though.

im more of an echinesia(sp) and tlc kinda person.

echnesia has never worked for me.
i drink linden leaf tea and consume other relaxing herbal teas and organic pills.
i believe one of my brothers ex's had an intense nyquil problem.
