HERE"S WHAT YOU DO!
Before you get home be sure to grab something to eat... something salty and full of carbs (pizza, chinese food, whatever). When you do finally get home, drink water until you think you are going to burst (one to two liters), take a multi-vitamin, then fall asleep on your floor.? When you wake up at 8am all hot and sweaty from a bad hang over crawl to the kitchen, drink some orange juice, water, take two Advils then crawl back to bed.? When you wake up around 2pm you'll feel like a million bucks and then you can be thankful. If you forget to eat and then fall asleep without drinking water you'll be a mess...
