come to think of it, I was the disabled one* a few years ago after a mountain biking accident, where i still have a visible scar.

i've never come across a person who is mute, but one of my close close friend's parents are both deaf, and just to watch them communicate is incredible.. to communicate with them is like having no language at all.. starting from scratch again.. it's fun
