i hate feeling like your not being taking into consideration, and then afterwards feeling like a bitch because you spoke up about it and maybe you weren't in the right place to say anything. like maybe your opinion shouldnt matter in this case, you should just go with it. accept it. be ok with whatever is thrown at you.
its very degrading and can make you feel worthless in many aspects. |

alot of the time someones mind can be clouded with there own problems. Certain aspects they should be considering are forgotten. I know i have done that before. I have made the mistake of not looking at the end result and causing problems by doing so. When someone speaks up about it you may have the insticnt to defend your actions and can hurt that person. Even though they might be 100% correct. I wouldnt worry to much about it.

Yeah, mos def, the best way to move on, is try to delve into something that you perhaps could learn from it, thus not making it so meaningless and negetive. Ive been in this situation so many times its not even funny. I look back, and sometimes i was just being selfish, or close minded to the specific situation in general, or people involved, and other times, i was sincerely dissed, which made it all the more important to check in with myself and ask the tough questions like, what is really pissing me off, why am i feeling neglected, perhaps why am i connecting myself with this person or situation, and do the positives outweigh the negetives. With saying all this, the process is never really easy.
