This is my First place.
and FUCK did I move into the worst "lowlife" house I could find.

The house is split into 2 sides- and one guy looks after the whole house... but if I would have met him first.. I wouldn't have taken the place.

he FREAKS me out man... and It takes ALOT to creep me out. half the time i'm scared he's hidden Cams around I wont get naked..

Last night He got stoned and when I dropped the rent of, he got on this whole ranting mission. he tried to FORCE me to smoke up (i don't because i have breathing issues and If i do.. I get to almost die) ...

he gets on this whole government KICK about how my lung issus is really about bad childhood experence... how I must have been unloved as a baby

I Grew up with amazing parents (two sets (Adopted) he refused to listen to me... then he got me water.. that "tastes" funny...

THEN he insults my "mods" about tattoos are just my way of crying out for love... how its just my way to compensate for the lack of love I must have had as a baby....and when I told him my siritual reasons.. and how cultures way before ours used tattoos for spirutal rites... BUT he calls them idiots.. only "he" knows the real reason...

He gets this WHOLE thing about veganism Its been 8 and a half years sense I have turned vegan..and he tried to force feed me Fish Oil Pills..live shove them in my mouth.

then he started yelling at me for being vegan.

i left.

man... I HAVE to stick it out another 2 months.. but I want to go find a nice small quiet bmst in vancouver....

Yah man that is crazy. I'm worried about moving out because of shit like that. My friend had a landlord that would come into their appartment without notice when they were home, and make really creepy comments.
I hope I never have to deal with that. But I'm sure everyone has to deal with a couple wierd landlords in their time. But that's way beyond wierd. He doesn't have the right to treat you that way even if you are renting from him. You should tell him to leave you alone, except for matters regarding your appartment.

Wow.. I guess I've been very lucky in the landlord department.
The worst I had to deal with was my landlord not giving us notice and showing our place to people while we were home (sleeping no less! lol).

They cant even legally come inside your place without 24 hours and permission.

anyways, good luck with your landlord... I've had many landlords, and from my experience asian landlords are the best - because they pretty much keep to themselves and don't bother you... none of that block watch annoying shit where if you turn your car on at night you get complaints.

I agree with the first part of your post, but as for Asian landlords....I had one who was psychotic. He insisted on showing us ID when we met up to talk about the house, then asked us to write the checks to a different name...then a month later asked us to start writing checks to another name again. He would come in the back door without knocking. One time he went straight downstairs and tried all the doors, then freaked out on me because my roomate's door was locked...he always locked his door when he wasn't home, and the landlord was yelling at me for not having a key because he wanted to "check everything out". Needless to say we moved out of there damn quick.

I have to stay for 2 months because of work. after 2 months I'm moving to vancouver (from northvan) so its a wasit of time to find a new place in north van for the summer.
