The Return of Sturdy w/ Contra DEC 29 (Nelson, BC)
One day this forum will have to get an "Other B.C. Events" listing..This event is not in Alberta but is an 8 hr drive from Vancouver to the Kootenays....I can't figure where to post it ....you mods can move it or leave it here.
Where? Royal on Baker St (ID REQUIRED 19 +) ., Nelson B.C. When? Friday DEC 29th 9:30 pm Door How much? $5-8 Sliding Sc Chris Sturtevant needs no introduction. Since Shambhala 4 he has been a Fractal Forest Favourite!! Sturdy brings on the technical mixes and melds the syles of breaks, d n' b, and house! He has been backstage and bringing the power to many live stage shows across BC (incl. Shambhala) for the last two years. Now, we are very excited to have him home in Nelson for the holidays and rockin' it BACK ON THE DECKS!!! 8)  Contra aka D n' B Noah, is one of the best producers and djs Nelson has to offer. He is also a live drummer, and has layed down the beat for hit bands like SUPERFLY. He often invites local talent to perform live with him on stage and brings new directions to music.
