 FREAKNIGHT 04 “THE NORTHWEST’S EIGHTH ANNUAL HALLOWEEN RITUAL” Friday October 29th 2004 Seattle, Wa. “THIS WILL BE USC's LAST FREAKNIGHT” Freak Night 2004 will be the 8th and FINAL chapter of what has become one of the Northwest's most anticipated annual events. Since the inception of Freak Night, in October of 1997, USC has always gone above and beyond to make each year greater than the last. In this, our final year, we are putting every effort into producing the most memorable event of all. The talent pool for our last Annual Ritual is by far the greatest collection of artists / dj's to ever grace this event, and should prove to be ONE NIGHT TO REMEMBER! featuring:  WAY OUT WEST Live [Featuring Nick Warren, Jody Wisternoff new singer Omi plus a full live band with drummer/electronic percussionist Damon Reece (Echo and the Bunnymen, Massive Attack) and bass guitarist Joe Allan. The new album "Don't Look Now" available in stores. Jody Wisternoff is one third of the Bristol based trio, Way Out West. Aged 30, he has been in the business for over half his life, having achieved both commercial and critical success as a producer, remixer and DJ. Music obsessed Nick Warren spent his teenage years rifling through record shops for punk,reggae and decent pop before the dance scene exploded into youth culture in the late eighties. in 1993 he met Jody and they collaborated on a couple of tracks under the Echo guise, the Way Out West remixes were most popular and the duo adopted it for what was to become their main act. Way Out West’s “secret weapon” is Omi. Keywords in both careers have always been; energetic, crowd pleasing and high quality. Even though he has played in very differing locations, and with house-music constantly changing shape, Marco succeeded to create a genuine 'Marco V' sound, easily recognizable by its constant drive and uplifting melodies. The combination of producing and deejaying gained him the #15 spot in this years international DJ MAG dj top 100.  SUPREME BEINGS OF LEISURE Supreme Beings Of Leisure came together, as the name would suggest, without much effort. A cosmic accident - four souls in search of one thing and finding another. SBL created a new sound, one that is sultry, soulful, funky, and at times delirious, probably a result of the music being derived from not only their diverse eclectic identities but also their common ground.
