In chatting with the boys about this, we thought that since the show has more than DOUBLED in size, and its name has now appropriately changed to "SHOUT IT LOUDER," that to avoid any confusion for us here on the mainland, that we would lay it all out for you in one post. Touring the U.S. as a resident Dj/Promoter for the Benson & Hedges “Gold Club Series” Dj Ruckus has established a solid reputation for himself. His production work has been remixed by the likes of Josh the Funky1 and Alex Peace, and his sound is as unique as his hair. Blending some of the best in funky and hard house with a performance behind the decks that’s legendary, this boy has no intention of leaving the Island without setting the roof on fire! -- Pumpin peak hour disco funk w/that entertainment you know Flave likes to bring! Flave = Paul Graham; aka Flave; aka The Funkist has opened for such industry heavyweights as Crystal Method, Rabbit In The Moon, Carl Cox, Paul Van Dyk, and Donald Glaude. A 2x4 experience which has never before been witnessed outside of Seattle. Bringing these two up here for this special Island treat was something we have been aching to do for a very long time. Flave's insane musical stylings are enough to make most scream for more, but combined with Hyperfunk, these two are going to give you a show that will live forever within your memories! Hyperfunk = His Name Is His Sound! Specializing in funky house & breaks, this Seattle local has rocked crowds all across North America! Hyperfunk has established residencies in two of Seattle's most premiere clubs; Club Medusa and Last Supper Club as well as two production companies; Next Level (seattle) and Housewreckin (anchorage, alaska). He has warmed up massive crowds for the likes of DJ Dan, Keoki, Donald Glaude and Richard "Humpty" Vission just to name a few. Armed with an arsenal of funk and seemingly endless energy behind the decks this DJ's mission is very simple; To Make Your Body Move! -- Progressive House Although he is young and still learning the ropes, Sean has developed a tremendous following. His friendly and positive attitude and mature style of progressive house makes him one of the most promising future stars on the Progressive scene. Sean currently holds a Residency with Ascension Fridays at Club Viva and has been rocking the 400+ people that show up every week and has landed a new residency at Blue Saturdays @ Tokyo Lounge where he plays along top jocks such as Christian Alvarez. Joca’s first encounter with Electronic Dance Music came when one of his best friends played the track Universal Nation by Push. After a few listens, it started to sink into him that this was truly a special genre of music. It was after he finally realized he had an addiction that he finally decided to buy turntables and share the music he was so passionate about with others. Since purchasing those turntables, Joca has spent many hours at home perfecting his craft so he can bring audiences nothing but his best. Bombs will be droppin left and right when these guys lay down their beats and unite! -- Funkay House These two staples of the Vancouver Island house scene, have been brought together for only one purpose; to make you dance! The master of the funky and the master of the deep and groovy are about to give you the house schoolin of yo' life! -- Breaks Take 2 Hot girls, add 1 Tag Team and a generous helping of super sexy breaks and you have the recipe for one wicked set! Come early, because these girls don't hand out seconds! 31 Records | Revolver | www.durothethird.com/marcus -- Dubby DnB MARCUS VISIONARY is a legendary founder of the North American Jungle scene. He has been there from the beginning, which has afforded him the opportunity to perform with virtually every drum and bass artist in the industry. He has been DJing professionally for 15 years performing throughout North America in addition to every major promotion company in Toronto. His first major contribution to Jungle music came in December of 1992 when he formed Delirium promotions. Delirium was Toronto's first all jungle rave event. He then continued to throw Delirium events until 1996. In 1994 Marcus landed a radio show on 88.1 CKLN called the Prophecy. In September of 1995 the program moved to 89.5 CIUT and broadcasts with over 15,000 watts from Barrie to Buffalo (U.S.) and Kitchener to Cobourg. The program also broadcasts worldwide on the internet at www.ciut.com The show has been running 7 years and has featured a wide variety of premier league drum and bass DJ's and MC's, including Bryan G, L Double, Shy FX, DJ SS and Warren G, Kenny Ken, A-Sides, Marley Marl, Usual Suspects, Fearless, Skibba, IC3, Riddla, Navigator...and the list goes on. The show airs every Sunday night on 89.5 FM from 8 -10 pm. The 8 -9 slot is held by Marcus and the 9 - 10 slot held by DJ Prime with weekly guest appearances. Currently Marcus is channeling his energy into music production with partner Nemesis as Visionary a.k.a. Division One and Mega-Ton Project. In 1998 Visionary celebrated it's first worldwide release with Toronto-based label Vinyl Syndicate (Best International Label Knowledge Awards). Automatic | Cyanide -- Tech DnB Pacific is making major waves in the global dnb scene. After a busy year in the studio, 2004 saw him breakout with many well supported releases across the scene. Tunes like AutoFunk, Inferno, and Another Place have received extensive play from Ed Rush, Matrix, Doc Scott, Dieselboy, Lee, Pendulum, C4C, and D Bridge as well as radio exposure from Bailey, Friction and Flight. Early 2005 saw the release of two critically acclaimed tunes, Centepod (Urb’s March 2005 single of the month) and On Your Mind, results of a serious session with Noisia and Mayhem. On a side note, all of you who attended the 'OLD SCHOOL" new years show thrown by this same company knows that they deliver on EVERYTHING they say they're going to!

Additional note on camping:
You can arrive at the camp grounds at 2PM day of to secure a prime spot as in's and out's will be allowed until 6PM. That means after 6PM, if you're on the camp grounds, no more running back to town any more. After that point, once you're in, you're in to partay! |

Wow what an interesting concept...fuck if I wasnt playing at Fusion Dreams id be out there in a snap, after going to the island to drop off flyers for Sinful, I was soo impressed with people from the island (both people that work in the record stores and others)...soo friendly and nice... Good luck on the show guys!

man even if I have to bus it up there I'm bringin some camping gear.......never know if your gonna need it.........just gotta remember to bring a lock for the tent.....don't want anyone I don't know useing up what may be much needed space

OH man i can't wait!....
When me and Jer first started planning the show..it was going to be a huge single stage indoor show...
Then we decide to add 1 stage....then start to put in cool extra's.... ...then decide 'fuck it! lets do a 3 stage outdoor massive! With every possible cool attraction you can think of fully covered! Man, it seems we keep adding stuff daily! Believe me, keep checking back for updates...they seem to happen on a daily basis!...ahahaha only 26 more days to go! |

Getting Dizzy just thinking about it...
Oh man.. too many DJ's so little time.. .Man I can do it.. i am sure glad that there is camping now.. if i gets tired.. i can nap... but gotta get the time slots to set the alarm clock for when to wake up and dance my ass off...
