talk about confusion....
So 'rasheed and paulus' have been the residents for the pressroom for the past 3 years...as pre-usuall..were going to be the residents for nye...
So anyways, the club manager fired them both between the time we got our flyers printed ...and now.. (about a week and a half ago).... I'm trying to work out a deal right now...i talked to rasheed on monday and he said he and paulus would play for 'only me' and not the pressroom...but would consider playing nye because it puts me in a shitty spot.... either way, if they dont' play after all this... (discussing now) then it will be okay because i already have a couple backups! matt

Sorry to be a pain in the ass whiner but...
I stopped by ISBOW today and they didn't have any tickets yet, I really wanted to get one as an Xmas gift for my lil Jenny but now I don't know what to do! I guess I could write her an I.O.U. for one...but that's sort of lame.

Tix in victoria are at both COMPLEX, and BOOMTOWN....
sorry about that...he just didnt' have as many pre-sale tix to go out as we thought...so they are not in ISBOW (easier having them in just 2 spots)... As for paulus and rasheed..they are 100% a go......been kinda confusing because the 'club owner' was supposed to do alot of things that he didn't...so it kinda leaves me talking to everyone and clearing stuff up. matt

Pr On Nye!!!!!
Hey everyone! We just want to say how stoked we are to be back on the island for NYE. The last few NYE on the island were memorable to say the least, so we are looking forward to another gongshow!
Anyways, here are the timeslots for the night and the flyer. House, Breaks & Garage 08:00 - 09:00 rye n seven 09:00 - 10:30 wax 10:30 - 12:00 equilibrium 12:15 - 01:15 deliverance 01:15 - 02:15 scotty oh 02:15 - 03:15 precise 03:15 - 04:15 vespers Hip Hop 08:00 - 09:30 paulus & rasheed 09:30 - 12:00 supafly 12:15 - 02:00 character traits 02:00 - 04:15 paulus & rasheed We will be bringing in a crapload of sound from musicmaxx, as well as a ton of decorations and all the little extras you've come to expect from Mzat and I(free cd's, champagne, etc).  Oh, and as far all this Nanaimo vs. Victoria NYE bull goes, why can't we all grow up a bit and realize that there will be great parties everywhere on NYE and that we should all go out with our friends to wherever we want and have a great time? We think that's kinda the point, as opposed to posting about whats a better party on a website. Anyhow, that's just our 2 cents, good luck to everyone else on NYE, and everyone enjoy the holidays!!! You need a ride right? Well.. my friend Cheryl is driving up around 1:30am-ish, she's driving Chris (christophaple) and Jamie after one of em is done spinning at Jungle Room.
