Colour affects the sound of a guitar no more than the colour of the guitarist does. Paint does not alter the vibration, otherwise they would never apply finish to a guitar. Even natural looking guitars are coated with sealants and laquers.
A friend of mine ritually paints his guitar once a year on an annual acid trip. I tend to glue cannabis leaves to mine whenever I can aquire some. I've also seen someone wallpaper their guitar before. None of it has affected the sound. Even Neil Young slaps stickers and the like onto a guitar from now and then. |

Wide neck, medium range action, less frets, and a fat body for me. I also require a reinforced stress bar and bridge/saddle as I use excessively heavy strings.

^You can get some really cool sounding licks with the B bender on a Telecaster...good guitar, great buy...
If anyone is looking for a used guitar, my brother is home from Chicago and I'm pretty sure he hasn't sold his ESP, LTD guitar...I'm pretty sure it has EMG pick ups on there and a floyd rose bridge...brilliant sounding guitar...I'll ask him when he gets home from his nightly dabotcheries |
