Anything August? Believe me when I say that these chaps will rock your fucking socks off. A five piece rock group from little Kitimat, British Columbia, Anything August started as an attempt to resurface a music scene that was slowly choking it's last breaths. It was late November 2003, when drumming fiend Calvin Lechner decided it was time to get back on the map from former cover bands and musical endeavors and take things to a new level. He went out in pursuit of the few musicians that were available in such a small community, what he found was a mix of musical tastes and individuals who all shared an underlying passion for music.
And so the process began, the members were selected, for skill, for love of the art, and for general awesome-ness. When the smoke cleared, the name 'Anything August' came to represent:
