Not exactly. It's really a lazy thing for people, and critics to say they are a Beatles rip off band. Don't get me wrong, obviously the Beatles are a hudge influence on them, and The paino rift from "Don't look back in Anger" was lifted straight from "Imagine".

Wiki has a good, but still incomplete list of influences that has made Oasis the band that it is. I'll argue that Neil Young has had the biggest influence on the bands music, listen to the way the guitars sound.
