Beyond Sunset, aboard the MV Abitibi, features two stages of music and two full bars. Enjoy a fantastic Vancouver sunset as we depart False Creek, and a near full moon and starlit ocean as we cruise around the waterways of the Burrard Inlet and up Indian Arm. Afterwards you have to option of continuing the night in a pre-arranged and exclusive after party, or finishing off your night in downtown Vancouver as we dock at the Plaza of Nations. Bringing style with his ever-changing mohawk, Johnny D'Erico has an incredible passion for the music & it shows in his performances. ILL-ESHA with live bass guitar & vocals (D&B, Hip Hop, Vocals-Breakbeat Science, PH1, 6 Boro Clothing, BluSaphir) Conquering every style of broken beat from hip hop to breaks, she’s performed with artists as diverse as De La Soul, Andy C, Dieselboy, Klute, and LTJ Bukem. VIRGUS (Deep/Funky House-Earicidal Sound/ESP) A breathe of fresh air to the local scene; Virgus brings the beats that make you clap your hands and stomp your feet. Having residencies across Western Canada and most recently at Unwined Tapas Lounge, he is sure to get your booty shakin'. ...and PERFORMERS: PEARL MILLER (Host/MC/Vocals-Earicidal Sound/ESP) PM has been gracing the music scene for over 5 years with her vocal prowess in hip hop, drum & bass and house. On the mic this vocal dynamo is sure to get your senses flowing. BRAHM & ZUZU (Djembe & Doumbek - Tribal Rhythms) With residences at Ginger Sixty-Two and Canvas this fantastic due have been probably the hottest accommodating performances in the city in 2007. Come and see just how much they can make you move. BUDDHA SAX (Saxophone) Buddha Sax has been playing sax(jazz) for over 20 years. Playing alongside some of the hottest dj's in Vancouver & having a residency at The Canvas Lounge, Buddha has become one of the top accommodating performers in town.
