The Waldorf never lost their license. Part of their venue got shut down because it didn't meet fire, electrical, plumbing regulations and they were fined for using one of their rooms as a liquor primary room when it has a food primary (restaurant) licence. We are by-passing this. We will be using the main large room upstairs, the polynesian room upstairs as well as fencing in and covering a large area on the Hastings side room which are all permited by the city.
