The Groove Allegiance consists of Jonny Strinati and Chris Hughes who are also the bosses of Splank! When the Groove Allegiance perform it’s a truly unique beast. Jonny will works the decks, with plenty of exclusive Groove Allegiance and Splank! productions, as well as no end of re-edits of their tracks, which they’ve tweaked specifically for their floors. Meanwhile Chris will provide the live elements & improvisation of the show, plugging in the guitar in and FX and letting rip.


The guys have been tearing the roof off many a party worldwide including tours of Canada, China, Europe as well as opening the Breaksday tent at Glade. 2007 saw the boys mix “The Shirk Off” a CD compilation of past, present and future Splank! Latest single “The Drip” propelled them to new heights topping the Breaks charts at Beatport. For 2008 they have new singles due for release in January and have they’ve just completed remixes for Lounge & DSV recs.

some other shop should step up & sell with the old $2 s/c, i used to do pretty well with that, even in recent years... it's an easy $1000-3000 per month... mind you we sold tix for a few years before we got to that level.

Yea, $5 on a $10 ticket is lame. Means they make 50% of what we do and we are paying for everything! lol, not cool.

Tried talking with them- not happening. I guess we could keep trying... but they said they are enforcing it on all promoters now. Sucks we already have their name on everything, but it will be the last time.
