The first party she attended reignited her passion for electronic music, and as she watched the DJ's doing their thing, she realized that DJ'ing was a path she wanted pursue. In early 2004 she picked up her first records, got behind the decks and has been going strong ever since. Nyx found that the intensity and insanity of the broken beats were the sound that she was looking for. Her short learning curve, along with her enthusiasm, determination, and guidance from a fellow dj allowed her to hone her skills in a very short period of time.
