Summer Break 7 August 23, 2008  This is the seventh installment of our Summer Break parties and will prove to be the best one yet. For seven years Silverwaters has been bringing you parties that put the focus where it belongs, on the music and the people. During this time we have built up a following of people that appreciate the finer elements of partying, big sound, sick beats and tasty treats. Our dedication to delivering the best of breakz, jungle and hip-hop, combined with the amazing crowds at our parties, has helped us constantly create a vibe that leaves the crowd happy and always wanting more. ??Since this will be the seventh anniversary of the party that started us on this journey, we promise to pull out all the stops to make sure everyone leaves the party happy. We will once again be bringing some of the finest talent Canada has to offer, bringing you the music you want to hear, and adding jaw dropping visuals and eye candy that will melt your mind, while the music makes you move. His tracks have been on many dj's top ten lists, such as: Carl Cox, Chris Liberator, and Dave the drummer. ?Not only has he been an opening act for some of the biggest Dj's in the world such as Z-Trip, and constantly sharing stages with Andy C, Mark EG, Christopher Lawrence, and Goldie. ---------------------- DJ Myshell (The Remix Label, Summer Rain Recordings) - DJ Myshell -Official website DJ Myshell: Electronic Music Producer and Remixer  Myshell's spontaneous and sultry live sets have been the opening act for some of the scene's biggest stars such as Armin Van Buuren, Benny Benassi, Anne Savage, Matt Darey, Donald Glaude, the Thrillseekers and George Acosta. Myshell has just returned from a month long Budweiser sponsored tour of India and is ready to set Vancouver on fire with her remixes and original productions. ---------------------- Hirshee Stereo Soul Recordings  Born and raised in Vancouver BC, Hirshee was exposed to a wide range of musical styles early on. The daily rotation on the family stereo included everything from Michael Jackson, to traditional Kenyan music. While the offering was diverse, he was naturally drawn to artists that expressed their talents through powerful rhythm. After such an upbringing in a musically charged environment, it was only natural for Hirshee to express himself through experimentation with different musical styles; as a result he was drawn to the art of drumming and DJ’ing. Spinning hip hop at first he soon began experimenting with different forms of electronica. After discovering the sounds of house music he instantly was hooked. Check it out SoundHotel.ca. ---------------- Tre Funk (Silverwaters) Welcome to TREFUNK.COM  Despite only being a new comer to the Djing scene, DJ Tre Funk has easily taken the Vancouver House scene by storm. Tre is addicted to bringing his home town of Vancouver, Canada the hottest stereo bass booming tracks from around the world, such as Ibiza, London, Sydney, and Miami to name a few. With his sets he throws down shit loads of mash-ups, battle scratches, and hyperactive microphone antics. His high energy comes from DJing 3-4 times a week, often twice a day, and with regular 3-5 hour sets. Tre Funk always leaves a dance floor sweating, screaming his name and chanting “one more song.”? Within his short period of DJing, he already holds down 3 weekly and 3 bi/monthly residency’s and has opened for headliners such as: Junkie XL, M.A.N.D.Y., MSTRKRFT, Deadmau 5, Dirty South, Donald Glaude, DJ Jelo, DJ Rigatony, Remo-Con, and Danny Daze- to name a few. You cannot get enough of this kid. ---------------------- Evafresh (Commongrooves.ca|Black Crack)  Evafresh moved through genres including House, Drum and Bass, Hip Hop, 80's classics and more, until he came upon Break beats and Electro. After making a bit of a name for himself under his previous name "MattyG" (Vancouver, CA), he decided to change is name to "Evafresh", named after his first production company. This brought upon a change in attitude and recognition in his DJ career. He has opened for names like: Big League Chu, Skool of Thought, John B, Groove Allegiance and more. His act has been sought after from Vancouver to Nanaimo to Montreal. 2008 brings a whole new chapter for Evafresh, so don't miss the funky fresh sounds of Evafresh's set. You'll be shakin' and poppin' all night! --------------- Pryme Tyme  Marty Madsen also known as Dj Pryme Tyme is residing in Calgary Alberta and has been rocking the Dj Scene for 12 years. He has come into his own as one of the most entertaining Dj’s and having electrifying stage presence. Playing many different styles such as French Electro, Progressive Electro, Techno and more, Pryme Tyme has opened up for legendary Dj’s such as: Mark E g, Chris Liberator, Z-trip, Sebastien Leger and many more. Marty’s most recent accomplishment would be playing at the WEMF Festival in Toronto. Marty has been in the Studio with Dirty Machine and Eddie Santini working on some new material and is excited to showcase at summer breaks. ------------------------- DNB/Breakz/Hip Hop/Glitch Hop Stage DJ CAPITAL J – Toronto Canada. He has been opening for large acts from Bone Thugs and harmony to Benny Page, Freestylers, and Andy C to name a few. He has been a resident dj at cyber nightclub, red room, and maxines hideaway in vancouver, and has even performed at events of 5000 people. Dj Brukout has released 2 mix albums so far, Drunken Masacre, Sensi Summer Sessions Vol.1. And a re-release of sensi summer sessions feat. Verbal assasin is much on it's way. Dj brukout is always armed with a crate full of rare finds and grimey bass driven beatz from hip hop, and bootybass to jungle, dancehall, reggae, and top 40 remixs with classic rock.
