But me yes i had a good time at the rave.. but the amount of crystal in the E i took has shown itself over the last 2 days.. i still can barely eat and have the occasional few hour long sketch out..

^^ That's why it was too loud for you... cause you were rippin' on drugs. But otherwise it ACTUALLY wasn't loud ENOUGH (not enough bass). You should've heard how loud IMF 2005 was! Now that was SO loud that every single hair on your body would stand up from all the generated waveform energy.

And for the person who said the 2nd room was too hot - it wasn't all THAT hot. It was actually OK and definitely bearable unlike some other past times. Maybe if you were on drugs it might've felt hot but I thought the temperature throughout the whole venue was nice this time (due to the cold weather outside).

B-Funk man, I can't believe they would still go on about that vest shit from last time. That's just weak! Yo, do you have MSN btw - could you msg it to me?

Wicked party!!!

Stone face and terminal impressed me...I doubted them at first but they laid down sum hard tracks. Oh and flight 643! cant believe they dropped that.

Blank and jones was ripper as always. cant say much bout them... they were just really good.

Anyone else see that HUGE brawl that happend in the back... holy shit that was intense... went on for a longgg time. but seriously... its NEW YEARS... why fight!?

anyways see everyone in march!! >> IMF 2007 !!!!

Rockin' party, big house sounds all around. For those that caught my set @ 1-2am on stage 3 i hope you experienced some hugeness. Good to see the locals movin on up and headliners delivering.

amazing party, and to any one who stayed til the very end you know what the weather was like in the morning..

trying to bus back to north van,hungover, and in the freezing rain is not fun at allll haha

ya like i admitted to doing it, i was punished and i dealt with it. its over so now just let it go. no point in holding a grudge. anywho it was a good party, fun times!!!

everyones still messed or coming down... it was actually kinda nice.. besides being cold.. it helped wake you up... and the even tho i was still high when i was heading back in teh passenger seat i felt extremely normal.. wasnt until i stepped outta the car back in Burnaby that i relized i was still high...

But yeah.. i dint want that freaking rave to end.. i had a period of about 1 hour where i was basically sober... i dint pop that much which was good cuz it gave me time to really enjoy the music for what it was on its own..

ANYONE WITH LOTS OF PHOTOS LOAD THAT SHIT UP AND SEND A LINK

im pretty choked.. i grabbed a good 10 vids on my phone.. but the music was too loud and they sound like complete shit..

Great work on the party, the place looked wicked. I thought the main stage looked particularly sick this year, and I actually liked the lighting in the 3rd room. It was a little bright, but that was a good contrast to the other rooms.

Huge thanks to everyone that got down to my set. I had some very enthusiastic supporters the whole time... even during the fifteen minute break I had to take due to getting hit in the dome by a speaker. Crazy things happen tho right? I never really thought about it, but I guess I'm kinda surprised with the number of sets I've played that something like that hasn't happened before... I mean most speaker stands aren't really that sturdy. Anyways, I got checked out by the medical crew and no concussion or anything. So I hopped back on the decks and finished the set off, although definitely feeling a little dazed I will admit. Huge thanks to Big Orange Dan for filling in for a couple tracks, and my friends who were there to grab some medics.

I was particularly happy with the reception of some unreleased tracks I played, namely a new Cassie remix I did (you can download it here: http://www.djsonnychiba.net/Me_and_Cassie.mp3), and a mindcircus remix by my boy DJ Laoboyy that really had people groovin.

Anyways, despite adversity I continue on, and still had a good time. As always I met some very cool people up there, and saw some old friends. Big ups Vancouver, I will see you again soon, and happy 2007.

anywas, i finally snapped out of it like 2 hours before the party ended and i remember dancing the whole time during stimmy and Josh's set.

BRyan ur hilarious!! haha i ran into you in the bleachers sumhow around 4am .. u were like DUDE I LOST MY KEYS , MY PHONE ,My HOODIE im screwed etc.etc. hahaha i felt bad for u bro .... glad to hear u got most of it back... But ya .. Anyone notice how hard Precise RockED IT>??! -- he was layin sum serious heat in room 2 ...

All in all .. i rate this party 9.5/10 -- a lot better then i anticipated ..

SECURITY WAS MAD COOL at the DOOR .. kinda scarY.
