I had an wicked time last night. The place was rammed, woulda been nice to have a bit more room to dance and shit, but what can ya do. Wood and Soo killed it, I really enjoyed their set. Dom played a really good set too. The place was jumpin for him, pretty big vibes in there. He played some fuckin' awesome songs!! He played one really broken up track with some heavy bass, really cool song and great timing in the set to play it! Really glad I came out last night, even though I rolled dolo. I really regret not seeing Dom and Tipper play last time even more though now lol. Big up Soda and PH1 for makin' it happen last night :)

I had one of the most amazing days yesterday. I burned my demo on a CD to give to Dom and even got him to sign a Stanton Sessions Vol. 2 CD I had to buy through eBay. I pre-drank at the canucks game and got shitfaced at richards. Dom had a wall of women around him and he had the entire crowd on the palm of his hands. I remember looking back and beaming on the inside because everyone else enjoyed him as much as I did. The music was world class and the people vibe was the best i've ever seen in a club. Ferry Corsten @ Plush was pretty close to this one too.
Yeah, there were a bunch of really aggro people there. I was in the coat check line (trying to budge) and I saw this one guy trying to (threatening to) punch the guy in front of him. He almost elbowed my g/f so I grabbed his arm trying to be the hero and nearly got into a scrum myself. I'm a lover, not a fighter so i decided not to kick his ass (ha). That was one of my favourite parties ever. It had just the perfect circumstances of event through the evening. THANKS TO THE PROMOTERS. If you liked what you heard last night, give my Demo a listen =) Let me know what you think. |

Huge thanks to everyone that made it out, and making this another night people are going to remember for a long long time. Always love doing those genre-defying crossover shows. Wood & Soo pimped that dance floor on 4 decks gooood. Props to the 20hz boys & MrCzech & Tom for taking care of the Dominator

Last night in a word.... WOW!
Once again Stantons pack the house at Richards. Dom was on point as per usual. Pretty stripped down sort of minimal breaks played by him at some points. Wicked selection. Wood & Soo, though having problems with the 4 deck set up still warmed the crowd nice and proper. Dom was stoked on the boys.... great to hear. Props to Myster E MC for showing up at the end and getting the crowd stirred up. Many thanks to all those that attended. You guys rawk! Big ups Apry & Carlo. Another successful joint venture. RESPECT! -s |
