hmm... i disagree w/ you about thinking 19+ is unfair. i see waiting through your teenage years as a right of passage. (... @ least that's how it felt for me.) i mean, we all know the expression "all good things come to those who wait." that's why i like events at clubs instead of these raves i've been to as of late. ... 'cause the crowd at clubs have paid their dues so to speak & seem to appreciate the music more.

perhaps i'm talking a lot of nonsense here. but this is just the way i see it. =/

Hahaha, maby. You speak of clubbers as if they are mature. Lets be honest here, many are, but a huge percentage act like they are still in high school. But this is no reason for debate. I am very much looking forward to seeing Armin in a non-alchohol atmosphere. I am bored of going to plush to see great tallent. A change in venue will be very refreshing.

I would have to agree with you on this. The older croud knows whats going on. Most of the younger people dont care whos playing, as long as they have a place to party.

ahahaha. i gotta admit, that's a pretty accurate statement. but nevertheless, i like to automatically assume that everyone is mature 'cause i don't tolerate that kind of bullshit.

anyway. i'm bringing a friend! he's a bedroom house & hip-hop DJ. so, this'll be a completely new experience for him. he's probably even more excited than i am! =O haha. it's cute. :p

This is awesome, I havn't been quite this excited about an event in a long time. Can't wait! I came home from work and opened the twisted email, and immediatly I was on MSN, sending emails, and on the phone simultaneously, and in about 10 minutes the entire crew was on board, tickets bought and paid for. In 5 years, I have never had such a rapid, no questions asked, all-in response like that, and this just keeps sounding better all the time.

I had a laugh about the alcohol since it doesn't bother me none, but I'm actually surprised that no one here seems to mind much either. That's really quite positive, I hope everone at the event is as serious about the music as you guys. This will be all about Armin. I hope my buddy is right and this cuts down on some dance floor obnoxiousness, speaking of a high school level of behaviour often observed after midnight.

Sounds as though there are at least a couple who have never seen him before. I didn't know much about him the first time I saw him years ago, but after that extraordinary first impression I think I've only missed one vancouver show, and this will be my fifth. Always an explosive, high quality show.

An FYI that pre-drinking in the parking lot may not be a good idea -- it's extremely well lit and the police will be doing the usual rounds in the area as this has been a challenge for the venue in the past.

Just a thought...
