i had a dope time but honestly i think i can mix better than those guys did, they honestly sucked at mixing. but that shows you how far tight track selection can go! shouts to to the HAWTIES, shandel, michelle, chirsitine, addy, lauren n' kendyl. and my boys timadareez, julian, oliver, nolan n' adam. Parjkkin=g spot holders WUT!!! alson the COQ crew definitley gets mad props for making my night bommmmmbdigiity.

Not much of a turnout for the FREESTYLERS, good show even though I didnt get in until 12:45ish because the bouncer wouldnt let me in with my birth cirtificate & transcript license so i had to drive home to get my BCID & left @ 1:30ish because my GF was a CUNT! But it was allright expected more

Man, I almost got run over when they threw you guys out too. I went to the door and I'm not sure who it was out of everyone, but one of them was on the ground and the security was laying a few boots into the guy..... talk about abuse of power... that's a load of bullshit.
As for the show itself, granted the mixing was off but the energy in there was enough to carry the whole show. It also helps big time when you see the guys on stage bust it up too. Energy feeds on energy, right? Good track selection + rad fuckin crowd + hyped DJ's = Killer fucking show. my$0.02 |

I agree... I had lots of fun... I don't think Denny's afterwards was the best idea though... fuck I felt like shit when I woke up this morning. Except for the lack of mixing skills... and the fact that I'm now deaf it was great... *yawns* Totally worth only getting 2 hours of sleep (and waking up hung over) before coming to work... Personally I liked the fact that it wasn't so crowded... I wouldn't have had enough room to go off like I did... Good times... good times *grins* |

other than that shit, FREESTYLERS FUCKING OWN!! hands down i had the most fun and danced harder than any other clubnight this year. they topped it for me!!! I dont care if you owned every track they played, i dont care if my grandma can mix better, SICK SICK MUSIC. period. they had GREAT energy on stage, totally hyped the crowd! =) and yah, i had a wicked time seeing everyone there!! I don't remember a thing last night
I was just a lil too drunk cause I was drinking some weird fireball shooter wiskey and I think I had most of the 26er, I would've been fine but we hit the bourbon after that, everythings a blur past then All I remember is some girl punched me in the face, I don't know why, almost gave me a black eye and then I tripped out. I don't really remember how I trippede out but next thing I remember that the bouncers got me in some choke hold and started laying the beatdown lol I didn't know they did that until today, I don't have one bruise or scratch on me but appearantly they were laying shot after shot Alcohol is bad.. I haven't been that drunk since my 21st birthday which was also at Lime and I woke up covered in BBQ sauce...lots of it Sorry to anyone I caused problems for. All in all a very good night. Funny i didnt see any shinanigans go down......but hten again i dont really know any of you i guess.
The funniest shit was czechs set, he must of been pissed out of his tree cause the guy was derailing left adn right..........still liked his set too though. I think the not so packed turn out can be chalked up to everyone writting exams that week. ps, bring them back again soon pls :) B//F |

Security were mad power tripping.. I got the boot at 130ish for sparkin' a spliff. Whoa heaven forbid, like I know its sonar and all but its also BC (many places the would have just taken it away or made me put it out, but I guess these guys were on a mission). I did have a swell time while I was there and I got Matt to write down his kit for me so that kicked ass. I thought it was funny to see them trainwreck because even though there were quite a few of us djs stoked as hell to finally see them, we could also have managed to show them up haha.
