DJ SS @ Lotus on tues & DIESELBOY @ Pound on wed.....
man DJ SS was fucking awesome!! the set was really good, although he played a lot of tracks that u would hear normally.....but still he got the crowd going and all i know is that i couldnt stop dancing eventho my ankle was hurting!! and i got a free poster that he was giving out!... and the MC....i think hes called MC warren g...from the uk also... he was totally awesome too.... worked real great with SS's set..... YAY!! i had such a good time...and the sound system at lotus is just fucking sweeeet!! my ears were ringing hours after!!
and dieselboy.... well i have to say that i wasnt very impressed....maybe bc i compared him with SS....maybe the sound system at 7alexander just isnt very good.... but it was alrite..... and another thing....fucking mc groove ruined the set!! damn.... hes just not very good.... but well...... i hope that its different at liquified.... anyways.... so it was basically UK vs. US.... and i have to say that the UK won... sorry US! :Kimmie: ~elmar Last edited by bebe; Jul 28, 01 at 05:53 AM. |

Yeah Elmar the Lotus Club has one of the best sound systems.. Was he spinning deep house music? I love that stuff.. Gets you movin and groovn on the dance floor..OH MY GOSH YES THE MC LAST NIGHT DROVE everyone insane.. he could not shut up.. and that kind of ruined Diesels boy set.. it wasn't his fault.. it was the mc's fault.. haha did you hear dan he's like "SHUTUPPPPP!"
