Well, it's 11 pm and a lot of you are probably already there...
i will be there too but i can't join you guys til like 2 cuz my ride doesn't get here for like another half an hour... but ya.....good party?? hehe...i got to apex last year at 2 too.... |

hmm.
i was supposed to go but im kinda saving my money.. at like 9 or something i tried to convince beatit to go with me but that didnt end up happening and then my friend called me and told me she found a ride but i made other plans instead..
my review from last year: it sucked more ass than an ass sucking thing. woulda been review for this year: sucked more ass than an ass sucking thing that sucks a lot of ass. the vibe and such wasnt all there cuz me and beatits sexy asses werent there. |

it was okay...
The party itself was actually not too bad at all but I felt like SHITE for half the night. For some reason i was really worried (not too sure about what though) and my stomach really hurt...etc etc. It didn't rain...which was nice. one of my friends who had never been to a party came with us and somewhere along the line she met some cracked out guy with a big afro and he wouldn't leave us alone. we tried at least 209320802389028 (i counted...seriously) times to get rid of him and he didn't take the hint. and then we devised a brilliant plan...she pretended she was tired and went back to the tent to "sleep". the guy followed her all the way to the tent and then was like "i'm tired too." as if expecting to sleep in the tent with her...so my friend was like "oh that sucks. go to YOUR tent and sleep then" and zipped up the tent...changed clothes to diguise herself and ran away. great stuff...but then he started following me. cunt. but i got rid of him. i have ways. I spent a good portion of the night walking around with myles and liza. that was fun. tripping on near-invisible ropes to hold up tents wasn't though. it happened a couple of times. i'm sure everyone who saw had a hearty laugh. die. lots of cracked out people, I noticed. and a lot of them came up to me and were like "holy shit man...holy shit...do you have contacts on?" ummm...no i was naturally born with fuckin white eyes? go away...BITCH! and the cracked out guy right up at the decks during F&k's set was classic. I could have watched that guy for hours on end. seriously. he came up to me and he was like "duuuude....w-w-w-who is...is...is..is...PLAYING this...this music?" and i was like "form and kaos" and i pointed to the banner and he just kept staring at me and then went back to his crrrrrrrrrazy ass-shaking moves. it was fun. crackwhores are the best. we left at around...6ish? maybe? as we were leaving, we saw this incredibly obese olderman dancing with his shirt off. i found it VERY entertaining...so i took pictures (obviously). i can't wait to see them. sexiness at its best. and then I had to drive home. I wasn't really tired per se at the party...more lethargic...however once we were on the road, the lack of sleep gave me a bitch-slap and i was soooo tired. so we put "hooch music" on and blasted it. Bootylicicious kept me awake for most of the trip home. thank god for Beyonce and friends. the music at the party was pretty good except for the "crazy stage". that's what i called it. f&k's set was amaaaaazing as usual although dancing on that inclined slope was kind of hard and quite painful to be honest. all in all, the party was good. i had fun
best stages were the static stage(greg leah and pressure had the best sets) and the g-house stage(good shit brothas)
the best part about this whole ordeal was seeing faces that i haven't seen in ages and faces that i am familiar with. props to everyone involved in the productions... next time i'll try and remember to bring a flashlight |

Apex Review
When all of us arrived it was already bumping i arrived wit my friends around 10-11 can't remember too fucked heheh newayz. Tons of people right away ! the setup was alright i guess
due to the fact that you had to walk 1/2 a mile j/k to reach one end of the party to the next the whole setup reminded me like a mushroom village. ( anyone see the show The Smurfs ) ya well the town was kinda how apex looked. The twisted stage, teamhardcore, Static, lush stage was my favorite !!! Azim Span an amazing set ! and so did the rest of the twisted crew ! The people there were pretty kool also. I saw a lot of faces i knew too the usual crew :) keep partin guyz ! I met a few kool people too. Dancin was a bitch ! i kept slidding and almost fallin over everywere ! i ripped it up a bunch of times of course !!!! ( if any of you saw the breakin ) that was me :) One thing sucked was my buddy lost a bunch of money fucken garbage cargo pants newayz. i think apex was a tight pARTY ! but to me, i prefer not that many stages prob 3-4 is good enough for me :) but still PHAT PARTY ! :) Next Summer LOVE BABY !!!!!!1 and MY CAMPING TRIP aug 11-14th |

MY REVIEW
Well we were driving up and at that point I didn't even want to go, was too tired. So I slept the WHOLE way up there, and was happy to see it WASN'T raining. We got in at 11pm. Found our people from tsawwassen that set up tents already. I threw my shit in the tent, and started exploring, figuring out which stages I wanted to go to and at what time.
Ran into TONS of people I wanted to see, that I haven't in a long long time. It was good to see Jess, Pete, Kevin, and everyone else...too lazy to name names right now. The best sets I'd have to say I saw were...F&K's, Seth's, Azim's, Cinto's, The Sorceress', and Chipper's. The best stages, (the one's I lived at) were Twisted (cuz they had a good crowd) and Dizzy's (cuz it was really unique, having their stage, on the back of a truck, couches in the back to chill, and the area to dance looked like a space ship). OVERALL, this party was fun! The crowd seemed pretty good. It sucked cuz it was muddy but hey, at least it didn't rain. I'm glad I decided to go, and it was great to see everyone again. This was a pretty damn good party. I don't know what else to say, as I JUST woke up and am all groggy. Anyways, APEX was a blast! |

None of you know me, so I'm sure you don't care but...
-My Night-
I went downtown at 7ish to meet up with some people and wait for a girl who was getting a ride with me. I saw people at the steps, chilled with them for a bit and then they all went to the fireworks and I wandered around d/t by myself. I waited until 9 15 and there was still no call from the girl who said she would be down there by 8 30 so I left to meet up with Lex who was giving me a ride. The parking job was shit. There were cars after cars after cars, and I can hardly imagine how people who needed to get out early managed to get out. We got there at 12ish and a friend and I wandered off to look around. It was hard to walk because the ground was uneven and it was really dark, but I was just happy it wasn't raining. I saw a bunch of stages, and they all looked the same. I didn't see any DJ Lineups posted so I knew that the night was not going to be music-focused, not that I expected it to be with Apex which is notoriously rife with bedroom DJ's. I saw a few people, and chatted for a bit. Did some drugs. Wandered from stage to stage and found nothing I liked, so continued to wander. I sat with some people in the back of a U-Haul truck and drank a bit, and then did more drugs. At one point the guy whose truck it was came over and asked who we were, but he was really nice once introductions were made. Thanks. :) I left the back of the truck to go dance to some cheesey trance, but I soon got bored of that and wandered around with Justin for a couple of hours. I liked the hidden stage, there was some really nice ragga at one point. The morning came really suddenly, and I finally found the people I had lost in the night, though the people whom I had met hours before looked totally different so I didn't dare go up and talk to them. I wandered around some more and got accosted by various guys, guess that's what you get when you wear pink hoodies, and then met up with some people. We left at 6ish, found a bunny and tried to save it, but it died in the guy's apartment. :( In summary: I don't like parties that big, I get utterly lost. The music was okay, but I wouldn't call it good. The stages pretty much all looked the same. The vibe was as good as can be with that many people, most of whom don't know each other. It was an experience, but I doubt I'd do it again. Oh, and Twig-E, I saw you constantly through out the night but I was too scared to approach you. Those eyes are disconcerting as fuck. :P Oooh, and the Renegade stage was dope, just because it was renegade. Props to Mike, Eric, Dave, and anyone else involved. I ssssssssssoooooooo wanted to go. I couldn´t though cuz I´m in Spain right now.....I guess that´s not such a bad thing though. Well I´m having fun here but Apex was a party I didn´t want to miss. NEXT YEAR! I hope it was fun for all of you that went.

I had a great time at the part.. met lots of cewl people and had fun spinin' also.
The best set of the nite would have had to of been MANOS-ONE and DABBLER..... with Rucas n Groove going off..... Unfortunatly Our twisted stage was running to much power for everyone to handle so the Generator kicked out a few time... we appologize... hope you all had fun Peace Cinto :Kam: |

apex was a pretty good party...i wandered around to all the stages..they were nice..except for the one with an invisible wire to hold up its tent cuz i walked into it a couple of times...dancing on hills is hard...grass was also slippery..so i basically wandered and stood around then hid in a tent for a while then yeah...glad it didn't rain..the full moon was pretty..was nice to see people that i hadn't seen in a while..i had fun!..:Lazee:
