thanks to all that came down!
What a wicked wicked night. Great to see Vancouver eating up the techno, and man they were. People were up for the beats from about 10pm onwards! Some people on the dancefloor for the whole 4 hours. Kyle Nordman getting it pumping. Phat tracks all night. Vivid Fridays will be more and more leanign towards this if we get the support I wasn't sure what was going to happen with Richie's new style, but damn, he impressed. Thoroughly minimal and phat. People been bugging me for a new full-on-techno set. So cut one this week. Full peak time set, lots of the year's biggest tunes. REV (Vivid Sessions/PH1.ca) - Vancouver http://www.ph1.ca/Rev-peak2004_96.mp3 right click "save target as" if you want to copy it Full copies will be available next week. Hit me up if you want one, or come to Sonar Fridays :) Last edited by REV; Jan 30, 04 at 05:26 AM. |

I went to see Richie Hawtin. My last event for who knows how long. Weeks months? Years? Maybe.
I got kicked out @ 1 30 for smoking weed. Thanks for kicking a dog when they are down bouncer meathead. it's ok though meefopolis dot com was there and seeing them all as I left would equal teh suck. I saw some friends though. And it felt like closure to see them all on equal terms one last time. The next time they see me....it may be awkward. |

yeah it was awesome to see all the people going off to the stuff in his last half hour.... he through down some nice heavier stuff towards the end.
He definately had his fair share of problems but he seemed to get through them. Good show. Quote:
