This was my first apex, and also the first really big party i've been to.. came up from seattle to see the canadians rock it out once again. mad people everywhere, we stayed till the end.. and i mean THE END!
Mad traffic on the way up there... we mobbed from vancouver to chilliwack in an unbelievably short time.. and i KNOW all ya'll were mobbin too cause pretty much every car goin that way was goin to apex..
Crazy how the grass went from tall and dry to packed down and soaking wet by the morning... the evolve stage had hella kidz all night! way to go on having the most blacklights...
The Neumonic stage rocked it hard, with sick DJs up from seattle. nice set up with an actual DANCE FLOOR (so to speak) not to mention sick video projection!
It was fuckin COLD in the morning.. sitting on the ground, on a cardboard box we found , listening to the beats keep going... haha.. watching the security walking around looking at everyones huge pupils... hahaha. good times all around.
shout outs.. especially to my man Sonny Chiba(yeah baby)... he busted a SICK set at the Kelo stage... and thanks to Steve and his girl (especially) for finding us with the passes and kicking it...it was fun... good to see you again paul. :)

Does n e 1 know how many ppl were actually there? i heard at one point like 4000 but it seemed like more ppl showed up even after that. idk. Lotsa sound bleeds which was kinda hectic, but made for a mad wild vibe. Thank you CANADA :) :) :) PEACE. ~ashlee

wow what an awsome night, i danced so hard, havnt been here for a couple of day i needed sum serious down time, my body still hurts from dancing, but im back to say that apex 04 was a blast props to evolve the stage kicked ass speakers in 4 corners wow was it ever loud u so kept me bumping all night .boodang props to u to the stage was in a perfect place right beside evolve so i didnt have to go far to hear the good beats, natedawg jaxxon and azim woot woot u rocked it, the stage with the lasers and the tent in the back i dont know the company but nice visuals kept me trippen it was great, money u had an awsome set up cant wait to see more from u. i didnt meet to many people or to many fnkers i was dancing all night long i was so into it, but to those of u i did meet hope u had as much fun as i did and hope to see all u guys at next years apex.

Yah, what can I say, I'm a Dj whore ;) At the beginning it started as me shining my lil light on the decks cuz the techs didn't have a strong enuff lamp on them, then we had to change over one of the decks and I had to switch needles a bunch of times, but then I just got hosed, and well, I don't think I moved from there for a solid 20 minutes until I ran out of booze :( Then, my man Steve showed up a few hours later w/ Montana & Res and we proceeded to get hosed all over again (after setting up the cdjs). Fukkin awesome peak time set as I'm sure everyone will agree. Apologies to Richard for going over our alotted timeslot, I was relying on Aqva to let me know when we were finished; I was acting in a belligerant fashion and I hope he doesn't take that personally. How come the party closed down at 8am? That was just stupid. Anyways, I had far too much fun this weekend and should really study for my midterms.

First and forepost as I posted earlier, a HUGE shout out and thank you too all of the promotors and the tech staff (which I had to become a part of for various parts of the night for Boodang's stage) all of you guys did a wonderful job of putting together an INCREDIBLE PARTY, a big tristan cheers to all of you.

What can I say? All the stages were great, wicked talent all around I wanted to stick around from stage to stage as I was walking about but at certain points I had to complete various tasks, but I did catch a number of sets so that was cool.

-Everyone I met at the Boodang stage, good to meet you all, glad all of you had a great time

-Andrew - Good to finally meet you, good times man
-Joe - Wow, your set absolutely blew my mind, you had me going off during your whole set as you could probably see, haha, wicked job buddy.
-Kelly - Good seein ya again man, looks like you were havin a lot of fun during my attendance at the Evolve stage too, heh, good times mate
-Sean L - DUDE that was SICC when you mixed Eternity, sounded great on your guys' system, especially the first crecendo with the rolling kick drums, wow! good set too btw
-Ashley & Drina - How random was that eh? Spotted you guys outta no where, fun partying with ya, SEEEEEEEENSAAAATION!!!! :D
-Allison - Great times, good seeing you, I'm glad you had a crazy go nuts night :)
-Mandy - Great times like always, shame I only got to chill with you Egor, and Josie for like the whole 3-4 times in the night, but hey, it was still saweet!

Arg, the hitch hiking back to UBC was um shall we say, interesting....next time I swear I have to drive to Apex, I guess that was kind of my fault depending on other people for rides, but meh, Im home safe so its all gravity yo!
