Astral Projection @ Plush
Well folks I came, I saw, I met them, and I came again and again.
It was a stellar show, The dj's before were playing amazing stuff. Chris Schmidt blew my mind and IMO he was better than Astral Projection. They played a lot of their tracks that we've all heard before, They werent too busy with their gear which was kind of a let down. They could've just did a 2X4 on cd decks and make it sound the same as doing live PA SEE YA ALL AT CHRIS LIBERATOR NEXT MONTH! |

I had a blast. A dead, virtually motionless, dressed in black, sketched-to-hell blast, but a blast nonetheless. Chris Schmidt was quite the opener... but then again, I already knew he was good (he played at "Broken" in July).
As for Astral Projection, I was suitably impressed. If nothing else, they looked like they were having a religious experience performing, which made the show quite a bit cooler. Musically, they are everything I like about Psytrance. So where can you go wrong? Oh, I know. See them the night after Apex on 2 hours sleep. |

No Doubt that Astral Projection rock, cuz my ears are still ringin'. The grooves were unreal, the stages were beautiful and the people were dancing. Big ups to the stage dancers and gear whores. The Goa satisfaction remix was just fuckin awesome. Dope ass party, I heard APEX ruled too, what a good weekend. Sorry to all the ppl who went to APEX and missed this event cuz they were in their beds (-_-)ZZzz..

you will be there for some Chris Liberator though right? If you walked to the plaza of nations you could hear the bass.. I was doing the green at 9:30 on the other side of the plaza and i could still hear trance from Plush. |
