Oh my god. Can you spell a wikider time any better then a capital W and a capital T!!!!!!
I mean the entirety of every single bodies set was just completely amazing. Not to mention how full out they went on the stage, it was amazing, with the colored strings going all over the place and the way the stage was set it; not to mention to speakers that pounded your very heart beat lol. The vibe was just amazing all night, everybody was there to have a good time, and good times were to be had!! lol. The people were definantly pumped and you could feel the excitment (and the happy aura of drugs and parties) from each and every body there. Unfortunely I didnt get there until the dnb was just ending, but I definantly caught the last glimps and it was awesome. After that the speed garage was fuckin sweet! I couldnt stop myself but dancing all way through, it was soo revitalizing lol. and then switching to funky house was completely awesome. see what did I tell ya, a wikid lineup!!! not to mention DELIVERANCE ending the show at 7:30. Its completly awesome how the weather convieniently got sooooo great as the night went on. and come like 3-4am it was pitch dark in the middle of nowhere in a forest and the sky was completly clear, you could see sooo many stars. It got so awesome out there! the glow forest was lacking but it was still trippy to walk through all fucked on drugs that we most certainly didnt do *ahem, cough cough*. All in all I had a complete excess of fun! lol. definantly the most fun I have had in a while So I MUST THANK ALL YOU FELLOW ISLANDER RAVERS!!! I sooo needed to go out and hit the floors and wow did it feel great lol. even though today I am utterly dead and forced to work 7 hours. bah humbug. neways, until next rave islanders! Tessa - beware the butterfly wings are evil! lol :D. Tiffany - it was SUPER GREAT seeing you again since SIP 4.5. We outta party more often lol. peace out. wikid. |

i had an awesome time, the vibe was amazing, and it was actually pretty easy to sober the whole party..great music, great people, wikkid setup.
i took round 80'ish pix...most of em are blurry though cuz the rain and shit...but oh well, good times were had last nite. |

I had an absolute ton of fun last night. This party was exactly what I needed. The vibe was through the roof, and all the DJ's threw down some great fucking sets.
I think the best set over all was Cinto vs D-Set, those guys just ripped shit up, and had us all just going off. Funnest set to dance to was Hirshee vs Jonny Carson... As always, they threw down an amazingly funky set. First time I had heard Deliverance spin, and let me tell ya, he was the perfect DJ to end the party with. Had me dancing right up till the last minute, had some SICK tracks. Was great to see everyone who attended, not going to do shoutouts, cause I always miss people anyways. |

Awesome times all round last night! I didn't really know if many people would show up or not because of the rain, but there was a good turn out of many familiar faces! I only wish i could have stayed for Jeremy's set and then made it out to Drew's for the afterparty, but alas i enjoy my sleep too much.
....Island Classics anyone? |

and go figure the only spot in the lower mainland that it wasn't raining was right were this party was located... how kick ass was that... didn't matter anyway.. these guys had their shit together and were prepared... huge ass tarp and a 40' wide stage fully tarped.. excellent job guys.. can't wait till the next time i'll be hading to the island to drop a set! ahh amazing party, sick music all night especially from cinto, d set, johnny, hirshee and davey
really impressed by the setup, wicked vibe cinto i was lookin for u after your set to come say hi but couldnt find you haha, would have been great to finally meet u. one more shoutout to mike my sober buddy:) glad we spent alot of time partyin together like we used to, some really really fun times, especially taking interesting pics and our COOL dancing!!!;):) :P:P good to see everyone else!! |
