LTJ Bukem & MC Conrad
Nothing sounds like this. ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!
While there were some seemingly minor issues with turntables, it didn't matter. It was fucking awesome. Why were none of you there? The vibe was just...wow. Good show. |

Yeah. I really don't know what to say about the night technically, but as for the show... I was really, truly, staggered. I haven't experienced such overwhelming elation in years.
I've been waiting to hear LTJ Bukem live for a long time, and I thought it would never happen, with or without Conrad. I mean, Bukem was my introduction to electronic music, way back in the before times. This was my dream concert, and I was not let down in the slightest. Now I need to find a new dream... ...but then again, they could also just come back. |

this was anything but typical DnB man, it had soul! ;).. But to each their own, this show was one of the few DnB ones that I stayed all night at just because I was so into the mood he put on the place... really fucking tight, the MC was the shit as well. hah!

There's something about Bukem's understated charisma and Conrad's manic performance that just totally set the room off. It was one of those "musical experience" nights, where you can't go "oh shit! that guy's scratching like mad!!" yet you still leave thinking "So that's why he's so famous..."
