You have to give credit where credit is due. Even without the presence of Signum, the djs had everyone going off hard last night. It just goes to show you that locals can rock it just as hard as any headliner. Montana, Res, Danny Taylor, Kerry Wilks, and Seratonin (sorry if I missed someone) all threw down wicked tracks and had everyone dancing right until the bitter end. Seriously, this was one of the better nights I've been to at Plush. Its too bad that Signum couldn't make it, but its an act of god when a plane is forced to make an emergency landing and the next flight to Vancouver isn't for another 6 hours. :( I just hope everyone realizes that it was through no fault of Union. These guys have thrown some great shows, bringing us Lange, GTR, and The Thrillseekers, and then convincing Thrillseekers to play at Apex aswell, which is no small feat in and of itself.
Like Neoh said, they're going to try their best to get Signum to play next Saturday, provided they have no prior commitments elsewhere. So everyone hold on to your ticket stubs and pray! Either way, I've never seen a month more stacked w/ talent in Vancouver what with Union bringing out Phynn and Above & Beyond, Twisted bringing out Armin, Ferry brought to you by the guys at PH1, and the inumerable headliners that will be here on the 30th. Vancouver is the place to be :) Union nights sure have a lot of potential, that is assured. Between the extra lighting that was brought in and the go-go dancers, Union nights are to be a surefire success. Hats off to you guys; you sure know how to throw a party!
Good seeing all of my friends who I've not hung out with in a long time, aswell. Vlad, Sean, where were your Dutch friends? :p Seany G, its been too long bro. Thanks again, Marty and Adam, for having us out, we had a blast!
