Old School Info Update!
CAN THIS GET ANY BETTER?!
FREE BUS SHUTTLE INFO: FROM VANCOUVER TO NANAIMO: - bus shuttles for the mainland people will be waiting on the other side of each sailing location FOR THESE SAILINGS ONLY: ---> Both the 5PM AND 7PM sailing from Horseshoe Bay to Departure Bay ---> 5:45PM sailing only from Tsawwassen to Duke Point - the buses will drop you off at the venue. If you are on an earlier sailing, the bus will still drop you off at the venue... you can arranged to be picked up from there! (It's a FREE bus shuttle! :-) RETURN BUS on Saturday January 1st: - These buses will pick you up from the venue at the times noted. We realize that the party is over at 6AM, so this gives you time to shower/clean-up, eat breakfast or whatever, just be back at the parking lot at the venue (Cyber City) by these times: ---> Bus picks you up at 9AM SHARP to catch the 10:15AM sailing from Duke Point to Tsawwassen ---> Bus picks you up at 9AM SHARP to catch the 10:30AM sailing from Departure Bay to Horseshoe Bay * These are 12-15 passenger vans. With the ferry terminal being so close, this will allow for multiple trips of peeps if needed. To assist us, if you have friends that live in Nanaimo, please have them drop you off at the terminal! * A CHALLENGE TO THE DJ'S PLAYING! Jer asked me to pass on... As the party is appropriately titled "OLD SCHOOL," he has asked all the DJ's playing to dig deep and play a minimum of 5 tracks during each set that are ideally from 1996-2000! This will allow for a nice mix of the fresh chunes in with the OLD SCHOOL that's bringing us all together! TICKETS WILL BE IN STORES ON DECEMBER 1ST As I mentioned in a previous post, the tickets left Nanaimo today. They should be arriving at On Deck on Wednesday (December 1st) morning. Please call them first before heading down to ensure there was no courier delays. That's all for now! I'll update you as required. Also, as the date draws near, I will probably put all of this important-type info into one post. Last edited by Kraig; Nov 29, 04 at 09:44 PM. |

Kraig, juss a few questions
Quote:
Whats included in the 10 fee for the all you can ride? And also, with the laser tag, I remember in later posts you had said that laser tag was back? Does that mean the dancefloor is gonna be the same size as Naughty or Nice? Or did you guys still rip down a wall and still have room for laser tag too? And one last thing - with the third room in the A and dub area - is that still a go? and is there going to be a lineup, or is it open decks? Juss a few things Im curious on. BUT YEAH, WOOOOT! NYE 2K5! |

Answers directly from the one called Deliverance:
1.) $10 bucks includes all you can ride on the go-karts, all you can play laser tag, and all you can play mini-golf ALL NIGHT LONG. Obviously video games and paintball are NOT included. -- This is well worth the $10! 2.) On a side note, music from the main House room will be pumped into the Laser Tag area if I'm not mistaken! 3.) Yes there will be decks and a small system in the A&W area. It will NOT be open decks. There is no formal line-up but it is reserved for the DJ's playing the party. You can bet that some interesting things are going to be happening there! |
