I used to play drums in a skate punk band, I know my bpms and I generally have a pretty good idea what hard is - I'm not even saying it was really hard d'n'b, just harder. I still personally think his style has changed significantly since the last time I saw him, my friends felt the same way - maybe we really are smoking too much crack and maybe he's really always been like that, but I don't think so. Either way, the guy still has mad skills - I was just expecting something fairly different from what you guys where and thus was disappointed.

still wicked time at the lotus, but music wise have had many better nighst at auto......

I can only recall one album that wasnt as jump up ( some of the songs ) which was called Aphrodite as well!

but everyone has their own taste in music! i love every single song that aphrodite plays, produced and that i heard last night!

yeah, sooo many out of control drunk asses there last night. ppl breakin bottles,steppin on mic cords, pushin n' shovin...
i wasnt drunk at all. and i did dance, well somwhat in the small amount of room i was given. i found it hard to stay in one place. too many ppl to see!
i had a good time tho, all of my favorite ppl where there, so i was happy!

Yah waiting in line kinda sucked. I would have stayed if I saw a single person from the non ticket holders line get in in the course of 2 hours. But I gave up when I saw that the first guy in line was still there from when I got there. Did anyone that did not have presale tickets even get in??? Oh well I wish I had known earlyer to buy tickets but whatever.

I defenetely had a great time. This was actualy my first time checking out aphrodite and I heard exactly what I was expecting. A whole set of jump up tunes and theres nothing wrong with that. The remix of 'ready or not' was fucking tight! I dont' think he played 'bad ass'.... i dunno maybe I was too blazed to notice. The vibe was hype all night... Aphrodite definetley ripped it up.

there were at least 200 people (wait, that can't be right because then we would have been over capacity *wink*) who got in without presales....and when i ran out around 11:00 to go to 7 by the time i got back the line had moved maybe 20 people in in about 5 minutes.....all i can say is you better buy presales for dillinja...

yes, i was sober too, and i tried to smoke a joint.. and it was taken away by one of the lotus employees :(!

its all good... i couldnt stay still, it was sooo hype!

it was totally hard to stay in one place.. cause someone would for sure push! that guy in white short.. the one breaking bottles.. holly... he likes to push!
