Rain - The Beatles Experience

This was the closest I will ever come to seeing The Beatles live. It was brilliant. All the members of the band looked and sounded close enough to the originals that it made it quite a sight. All the music was live, no pre-recorded junk, and was done so well. "Gerorge"'s guitar solo on "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" was dead on prefect, and fucking amazing. They did 4 "sets" from different Bealtes eras - The initial Beatlemania craze, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, The Hippie Era, and the Abbey Road era. Such a good production, and I sang along to every damn song.

They were here for 4 days Beven!

I went on Saturday... definitely agree the guitar solo was awesome -- was kind of disappointed with the portrayal of John Lennon but other than that it was :y::y:!

Best part aside from the show would be having my mom ask me (jokingly... i think!?!) if I had a joint for the concert. SHE IS HUMAN AFTERALL! <3

Haha, I schooled my parents on the trivia. I was actually surprised how many younger people were there in groups to enjoy the show -- Timeless!

NB - I've been to Abbey Rd and signed the wall at Apple Records! /dork

Such a great show! I liked how it wasnt too big, everybody was much more into it. They did such a good job on the visuals and costumes, every section of the show had a different feeling to it. The music was amazing, I wasnt expecting it to seem that real. We missed The Beatles but Im pretty sure that was the next best thing.

I was just swelling with joy when they did "Carry that weight". I love the Abbey Road album. The b-side just rocks.

It was at The Center for Performing Arts this year.

I wish they played Penny Lane and Strawberry fields, but none the less, im sooo glad revolver invited me out to this. I cant even explain how mastered it was.
the costumes, the stage presance, everything.

Hey Jude, getting the whole audience up and singing, it was absolutly fantastic.
I *heart* the Beatles.

and remeber, all you need is love.
