Had loved hip-hop for a long time, was always intrigued by dj's and thought it looked fun What types of music do you specialize in? mostly underground and old skool hip-hop, but i also really dig old soul-motown stuff-70's funk, 80s/90s R'N'B and some newer soul-neo or nu soul i guess. mostly, it's gotta be funky, or have soul. Most expensive vinyl that you have paid for? how much was it? Awhile ago I paid $100 for 3 old Rascalz 12"-The guy wanted 120 but i bartered cuz they were used. ALso like 40 bucks for a classic album What is your most treasured record and why? Tough question-so many. I have a MJ-Bad LP picture record-That's pretty sweet. Also Moka Only-Lime Green cuz it was my 1st record. What events have you played at? Apex '04 at LCU stage DJ Dopey and DL Incognito @ Deep in Victoria What national/international clubnites have you played at? no international......yet national-Way Back Wed.'s @ Voda The Remix @ Cheers This or That @ Shine Monday Nite Live @ Lamplighter Real Wed.'s @ Lucy Mae Brown yadda yadda yadda, blah blah blah Have you got any dj'ing horror stories? Have i ever! One time i was playing at a packed club at prime time and i went to cue up the next record but couldn't get any sound-I tried everything but couldn't figure it out. So the other record ends and-SILENCE! So i finally figure out it's the line-phone switch, get it fixed and throw on the next record-Only it's a house remix of the r'n'b track i wanted to play(This is a hip-hop club)! Needless to say i was horrified-I think i let the other guy go on after that. Are you a resident dj, if so where? This or That Tuesdays @ Shine Any other info? Um, look out for a mixtape of two soon. I have a mix/demo-just ask. Also,look out for LCU doin the official hip-hop stage @ Apex 2005 |

Just wanted to let everybody know that I will be spinnin tomorrow at Apex from 11-12:30 at the LCU stage-the official and ONLY hip-hop stage at Apex. Myself and DJ Yeppa will be holdin it down tagteamin on the decks. Expect old skool/underground hip-hop from my set.................This one is for the heads.
