Got tired of producing remixes for other DJs...why not just spin it myself? ; the music gets me high

Vocal/Electro Florida Breaks
Most expensive vinyl that you have paid for? - how much was it?
Original Sealed MJ's Thriller - $50
What is your most treasured record and why?

Spun at a yacht party in Amsterdam
Have you got any DJing horror stories?
Yah... left my records in the car and no ins & outs = me no spin.
Are you a resident DJ, if so where?
Resident remix artist for PI Entertainment. Crave Saturdays & Fantasy Fridays. Newbie DJ with Uh Oh! (thx Stan... got some special creations for IMF you gon' LOVE)
Any other information?
Been writing music since I was an 8 year old kid. Used to teach drums and piano.
What was it all for?
I'm a vocalist, former lounge pianist, and jazz/swing drummer. All sounds that are sampled like mad in todays' electronica, r&b, and hiphop.
The electronica bug bit me with hard house, then breaks, now jungle. (faster and faster and faster). First house creations sounded like circus music with limited sounds like my old favorite, the "ICQ fog horn" - it was crap that you could not dance to.
Nowadays, about a decade later, clubgoers groove to my remixes and party people bob their heads to my original creations. I've still got lots to learn, and I admire a lot of the imported and local talent here - you guys played my stuff even when I sucked, and believed in me, I owe it to you guys to put on a good show now. Thank you all!

Any producers into making angry dark beats 140bpm+, or soothin' R&B ballads, hit me up for some collaboration. I'm always down.

producing music

I produce with whatever weapon comes to mind for whatever genre i'm making...

I have 9-10 favourites I select from in my bag-o-tricks.

I've always been taught that there's no "right" way to make music.. just stick with whatever method comes easiest to you.

thanks stimulant!

maybe we'll be spinnin' back to back again!

I have been busting my ass off trying to make a breaks remix with my most expensive vinyl ... Thriller haha

I have never heard a good breaks remix of this classic anthem...
There are plenty of white label house mixes of this track, but nothing that really jumps out at me

Everybody uses only a sample from the original ending when Vincent Price does his spooky speech...

The original lyrics are a MUST!!! Thriller! Thriller night!

But what better place than a halloween party to drop it ?

hmmmm i'm thinking it'll be my last track... listen for it !

I'm at the Fantasy Friday parties on the decks with Downlowe, Relik, Remsta, and Kidd...

Holla if ya see me yo

- B
