dude that sucks. i hate that, whenever it happens (too often)... my pictures are where most of my memories are, i depend on them as triggers. really blows to lose a bunch, especialy before you get the chance to see them. :( anyway, i have an old 2.0mp kodak easy share with CX6230, 3x optical, with a 128 sd mem card. i know i know, im not going to impress anyone with that thing, but i could be willing to sell it off if you need a camera? i kinda need some money for a trip im taking soon. if you are interested PM me... PS~ i took a couple pics at Apex, not as many as i would have liked, but ill post them on the galery soon. :) |

The video made from from still image posts of Apex is almost done.
If anyone has a few more good pictures, post them and maybe they can be added. A picture of the nearby mountains would be good, also crowd scenes day or night, parking lot, anything that looks interesting. Fortunately the ones already posted are quite good, and just barely enough enough of them. |

The Apex video made from digicam pictures is now done!
Many thanks to all for the nice digital images that are in the video! Here it is (right click, save target as...): VIDEO FILE 20 megabyte .wmv It barely fits into my little webspace. I think they only let one user at a time download it so your download may freeze initially as it "waits in line". I have a fullsize Mpeg-2 version that runs in a window twice as big, but size is 92 megabytes. ***UPDATE*** a few minor video updates were made, new URL, and the new link above will get you the new version. I tried to put it in the Gallery too but it won't upload. Last edited by tvmann; Aug 22, 05 at 12:12 PM. |
