oooohhh man, lotus WAS OFF THE HOOK TONIGHT! high contrast rocked it! he is a really dope guy too
so packed! and i passed out SO many john b flyers, and sold tickets! HAHAAH, we blocked EVERYONE at the door! Fuck yeah! High Contrast was amazing... so many Dubs. Wicked Tunes all night long! Got my Autrograph and danced a hell of a lot! Glad I could make it out. Haven't seen The Lotus that packed since probably DJ Zinc.

OMG.....Dude, the tunes couldn't of been rolling any harder than that....Fuckin' shit was bumping!!!, Dude, I haven't seen a screaming crowd like that lately at Automatic, Link was a fuckin' rock star tonight, Bitches screaming their brains out every time he cut in a track....fucking nuts... The night had a fair share of screaming chicks and weird dudes....like this one dude that KEPT on trying to get Lincoln's attention during his set? WTF? was buddy trying to have a conversation with the DJ during mixes? like shooooo away pal, Like this dude was seriously over doing it...He KEPT on trying to get his attention while he's trying to find a record for fuck sakes, leave the guy alone...Its cool to give props but, buddy was on some good E or something...And this other dude was trying to REWIND a sick record himself? WTF? Good thing Jay Auto got the twerp to fuck off...Other than that....Awesome night....BIG UPS TO AUTOMATIC!!! for another big show. It's 5:04am....peace.

what a great nite! i didnt dance or moved much, so tired, but i enjoyed to watch how every single track was layed out... he played all my fav liquid / jump up tunes.. seems like super nice guy! to bad security guys have to be such jerks and wouldnt let him finish off propah! auto and matty both had wikkid tunes to drop! i also enjoyed very mucho! looking forward to more automatic shows and cant wait for PENDULUM!!!! nice seing Kam! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR WALKING ME HOME!!! <3 AMANDA!!!! fuk i havent seen u forever! Sarah and Tobby = such cute couple and my roommie Justin - thanks so much for coming out with moi! man i kinda regret going i was yawning way too much. not because it wasn't good, i was pretty damn tired for some reason. car got towed that night as well so i ended up spending way too much money that night on the dumbest shit

been waiting for him to come to vancouver for a long time and was super excited about this show when i heard he was finally playing somewhere. and playing somewhere good, too. i love lotus for DnB...it's perfect.
i wasn't disappointed at all. what a fucking great set. so much energy in the crowd and he seemed to be digging it all. just looking out over everyone and getting this little smile on his face. buddy with the toque that kept trying to pull on the automatic sign hanging over the turntables was fucking annoying. thank god someone finally wised up and just took the damn sign down altogether. and also: who wears a toque inside a hot underground club? crazzzzzy people. nice to see everyone i saw. hope you all had as much fun as i did (looks like everyone did, too). |
