Brooklyn Bounce was fregan awesome! Zombie nation was stuck in my head the whole way home on transit. I cant believe how many ppl I met at trancemission though, it was unbelievable. I cant wait till Innersoul, dazam! |

...Brooklyn Bounce made my YEAR!!! Wicked party Atilla... I had soo much fun... To all those I partied with last nyt... thanks for a great time... *Kyla Char Paulina Just like old times.. well almost ;) Good seeing u guys again I MISS U!!!! **Nuf... dude i was passed out in the morning on the table and I heard As The Rush Comes in my sleep... fukkin got up ran as fast as i could to ur set and just GAVER'!!! Awesome night. The only thing that kept me going after 8 hours of work and being sober, was Brooklyn Bounce. Bonebreaker was stupidly good.
Many props to Ben who dropped a wicked set, besides the first couple tracks ;) The new Sandstorm and Fine Day remixes killed it bro. Many more good things to come man. Brain McKinley - Everyone loved the house. I can't believe you played that fast man. I was expecting like... 120 - 125 bpm! Damager and that The Killers track absolutey shocked the crowd. Dammit, I wish that mikey would have gotten in. >=| Everyone else I partied with, Alison, Shaun, David Steve-o and all the others... good times guys! To the entire evole team. Good job guys. Wicked lighting, awesome music, surprisingly good vibe. I would have to say it was my favorite Maritime party. |

Well its Sunday evening and I have had time to sleep, shower, and collect my thoughts. First off a huge thanks to everyone involved in making this show a reality. Thanks to our awesome street team and our ticket sellers, thanks to the ticket stores for pushing our show and making it such a huge sellout event. A huge thank you to those people who helped set up, take down, run concession, run the front entrance, etc etc and generally made the party happen, you guys are the unsung heroes in this scene and without your dedication, Evolve wouldn't be what it has managed to grow into thus far. So, once again, thank you guys.
And thank you also to all the people who came out to this show. I have to admit when Attila first pitched the idea of an all trance show to me, I had severe reservations, but you guys showed up anyway and for that I thank you. I hope everybody had a great time. Obviously, as always, we are constantly trying to surpass expectations and learn from past mistakes. We're definitely improving, at least in my eyes. But if anybody has any feedback please feel free to get in touch with us. I know a few people were upset about the lineup. Regarding that situation, the reason it was slow was because the security company was doing searches more thuroughly than at previous shows because of tighter regulations being imposed by the city of Vancouver. Consequently more people were caught with illicit substances and in accordance it took much longer for VPD to process the shear volume of offenders found in possession. My apologies to anyone who was waiting outside too long. I can sympathize with you guys, having waited in line for Plaza parties years ago for up to four hours in the cold - ladies, how some of you wait in line in nothing but booty shorts and tank tops, I will never fathom. Overall, though, most of the people I talked to had nothing but good things to say. Anyway, glad you all could make it out and thanks for making Trancemission such a success! And Happy Birthday Attila! |

Attila - happy b day bro, here's hoping the next one will be even bigger. Shawn (Hi, my name is...) - you were stressing like crazy early on, but you held together under the pressure. Also, nobody but you could play a trance mix Cotton Eyed Joe at a rave and get away with it :) Allison9R - you are dirty by association...but that's okay...right? Ben - your set was awesome. I can think of no one better to have opened for Dennis and you delivered in a big way. Natalie, Angie, Pamela, everybody in coat check - thank you for all your hard work yesterday/this morning. You guys held it down like pros. Jeff, Arash, Kelly, Flippy, Gary - couldn't have set this thing up without you guys, thank you for all your hard work and for the A&W. Nuf - wtf, buddy, we were just k-o'd in the morning, weren't we? And you worked Saturday and Sunday, what a trooper. Oh and your set was dope, man. Steve-O, David, Cody, etc - good partying with you guys. All the DJs - thanks for coming out guys, you made the show come alive. Probably missing a hundred people or so, but meh, you all know who you are. |

Enjoyed the party, met some great people. Marty I flailed as hard as I could for your set, dancing with the crowd to Aqua made my stomach hurt from laughing so hard, Coolio apparently don't have shit on you. Haha. Nuf, great job buddy, nice chilling with you for a bit, you didn't show your nervousness to much and I loved some of the tracks that you dropped. Brooklyn thanks for the Zombie Nation. Jeff, always supporting the good together. Roxxy nice seeing you there, hope to see you at the next. Steveo, always good to see you bud. Shout outs to the rest I met, saw again. Now I seriously wish I could have gone.......I probably could have bought a ticket and spent just as much i total that I spent at summerzend.....FUCK....well I'm glad you all had fun.....I just hope someone brings back brooklyn bounce sometime soon so I can get another chance to see them

i come around and set up the whole second room and help set up with main stage too, leave for a couple hours to pick up my people, get there at 10, and has interviend by these 3 idiot rent-a-cops, ive never come across dumber/ignorant security in my whole raving exp.
anyway, after finally getting back in, i had a super wicked time! 2 rooms of trance actually worked!! haha cought a bit of brooklyn bounce's set, he laid down some dope rmx's best set of the night would have to be my boy D2J's! hype set with a bit of help from eddie! nice seeing everyone |
