I'm also doubly psyched about Mr. Wiggles Dance competition now after popping and waving all night. Breaks is amazing dance music.

I'm also dissapointed after talking to a lot of really talented funk stylists tonight who are too self concious to compete. Seriously, if you have skills, enter the Wiggles competition. You'll be glad you did. I want to film it...

Did you guys see the piles of broken glass on the floor and piled in corners? Wow, they must go through a lot of glassware every weekend.

what hasn't been mentioned here was all the decorations....holy shit that was the most themed/best decorations i've seen in a club. Kudos to the crew that put together the sci-fi/area 51 look....everywhere I looked there were more aliens or mummy things or big fucking machine guns. Seriously well done.

On that note, Krafty & A. Skillz did pretty much what I hoped they'd do, and I loved it. Lots of parallels between that boxfresh set kraig had bev put up, and that Triple J set from awhile ago. I loved it.

Anytime Twisted brings Krafty I'm always going to be there. 3rd set of his i've seen, never been disappointed.

If you are just starting out as a "funk stylist" dancer then I can see why you are dissapointed. Funk styles isn't about showing off and battling people. Maybe at raves you see a lot of that, but if the people you talked to were really good at popping, waving, locking, wacking, or whatever style of dancing you saw... then I can understand why they don't want to enter the Wiggles Competition. The dancing community linked to popping isn't anything at all close to the bboy scene, where you wanna be in peoples face and really cocky in the circle. Oh, by the way... the funk stylist scene doesn't stop with the rave scene. There are a lot of people out in Vancouver that could roats all 95% of the cats you see at parties. You will most likely see some really good poppers and boogaloo stylists out for the wiggles jam.



ANYWAYS.... now to the show.

I have to say that the entire place was a little more packed than Pendulum. Even the upstairs was packed for a good 2 - 3 hours. The beginning of Krafty and A.Skillz was fucking hype. Old school hip-hop jams mashed with some funky breaks is a nice way to start off. To all the people I drank with... cheers, can't wait to slam some more at the next show! Another long night tonight!

WOW!!! Sonar was done out to the MAX! I have never seen a club done out like that ever! KK and Askillz ripped it up hardcore and everyone looked to have a wickid time. The sound was killer and the setup was amazing... This was the craziest night ive been to in since like ever.....
Thanks Kraig for another stellar night. Shit like this doesnt happen all that often
