yeah, they will be going back and forth every 15 mins or so. close to a skytrain, and yes everyone has to take them in the name of not getting the unwanted attention of the policia.

I just went and checked out the venue, and OMG it's fuckin sick. kinda reminds me of mitchell island combined with spanish cultural centre for those that were around to remember.
