I'll have Kimmie edit the original post as well but here is some updated info on the show:
It was in 1991 when the melodically gifted group first got together while students at Philadelphia's school for performing arts. After the group sang a Capella for him, New Edition member Michael Bivins helped Boyz secure their first recording contract with Motown Records. The Boyz then hit the ground running with the multi million-selling debut “Colley High Harmony”. From there, they scored a series of milestones that set the bar for their musical peers, including record setting R&B/Pop tenures for their No.1 singles, "End of the Road" and "I'll Make Love to You". The Group also enjoyed success with smash hits like "On Bended Knee" and the longest-standing No.1 single in billboard history, "One Sweet Day", Featuring Mariah Carey. Now the group is ready to do it all over gain, but this time, on their own terms. They're Back! More focused, more determined and more composed than ever. Nathan Morris, Shawn Stockman and Wanya Morris have proven that even after a little adversity Boyz II Men can persevere and remain strong. Opening acts: NOBLE (http://www.myspace.com/noblecallingu) DREA Doors at 9pm to 12am OFFICIAL AFTER PARTY @ Club 686 -- 686 W. Hastings St. |
