Darude @ XOX

So I'd say it was a pretty decent show! Ben you played it hard, pretty sweet! Don't smoke cigarettes, don't take any drugs, don't go out at night, JUST FUCK!!! Loved some of those tracks!

Great seeing some of those faces. Darude was hilarious with his cue cards asking "OK?" and saying "HELLO" to the crowd. They absolutely loved it. He was a pretty good dj, better than expected anyways. Didn't stick around to hear sandstorm, but i'm sure the cheeze bucket played it.

The set up was wicked, great sound, great visuals. Hope you all had fun.

Thanks to everyone who came out. Shouts: Rob, Maggie, Arash, Jeff, Jaccy and so on and so on. Big thanks to David for stickin it out in the booth w/ me and Arash, Dennis and Attila for covering our breaks so we could go get hammered :) Ville's set was amazing. No cheese whatsoever (aside from the obligatory 'Sandstorm' and 'Music' of course). He played straight up progressive, hard, and some tech trance through the night. Great mixing, awesome crowd interaction. What a great show :)

opening was WAY too hard.
Darude kicked it up though and it was great to see Vancouver feeling him. The new tracks were smoking and a lil extra unplanned love in the end since ya'll begged so hard lol

Shawn, again great job on the visuals :) U should see some of the pics we got of those!

yeah, I was extremely impressed on how well the visuals turned out last night!

Darude commented on how they were some of the best he'd ever seen at a performance before!

Can't wait for the pics

Beggining was NOT way to hard, as I spoke with Ville at the airport before hand. Trust me, if I went hard, he would of probably refused to play.

Notice how the BPM changed from Techno @ 142BPM to Progressive Trance at a magical 135BPM just for Ville... but hey, you didnt notice... as you were probably too busy thinking "OMG its too hard...too hard!"

Ville played a SICK set, everything I would of played from my Prog playlists on my music collection.

It was an amazing night; thanks to all who came out and supported.

Openning set should warm up the crowd for the headliner

not playing 140+ then dropping it to 135 right before he goes on

id have to agree with this statement even though it came out of Tayfoons mouth.
