An electonic dance legend; SCOTT BOND [uk] \ CANADA DAY \ Saturday, July 1st

UNION Presents
Scott Bond [uk]
Canada Day, July 1st
dx

Eminent name in dance music, Scott Bond is credited with shaping the Trance scene we know today and notable for being the driving force, musically and otherwise, behind the most successful Trance brand in the world – Gatecrasher. Responsible, too, for bringing the world’s biggest DJ, ‘Tiesto’, to the UK.

» Clubs «
In the UK, this true Trance star really has done the lot – from Gatecrasher to Cream, WiLDCHiLD to Frantic, Tidy to Turnmills, Godskitchen to Slinky, Inside Out to Planet Love, Escape Wales… you name it. All the biggest and best UK venues have played host to his talents – the NEC, Alexandra Palace, the legendary Ministry of Sound, the cool and credible Cross and the all-time sure fire hit, Heaven. Internationally, Scott has toured the world over, taking in every single continent with globe-trotting DJ performances across 32 different countries, including: Ibiza, the US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Israel, Japan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Turkey, Denmark, Brazil and Columbia. Veteran of the festival scene, he has played the world’s most renowned events, from Creamfields to the Gatecrasher Summer Sound System, Mysteryland to Trance Energy, Skol Beats Festival to Homelands, and the Ultra Beach Festival Miami.

» Albums «
Scott is credited with having mixed 10 Gatecrasher album releases over 6 years, going from silver to platinum in less than a year and selling a total of over 1 million Trance albums across the world. 2004 saw the much anticipated arrival of Ahead Series: Volume 1; the final mix went on to feature as the year’s most exciting Trance compilation release. In the latter stages of 2005, Scott has been planning the next Superclub Series release with one of the UK’s brightest brands to rival his outstanding efforts with the Gatecrasher series.

» Press «
Scott’s much acclaimed Gatecrasher residency has earned him the title of ‘World’s Finest Resident’, as voted for by readers the world over in the Mixmag Dance Music Awards. He has featured in the DJ Mag poll for the past 8 years with an all-time high position of 34 and continues to attract a mass loyal following of Trance fans from across the world.

» Production «
Most recently, Mr Bond has collaborated with Trance stalwarts, Solarstone, to deliver some of the greatest Trance hits our scene has known. The first release, ‘3rd Earth’, appeared of the multi-national Tiesto in concert DVD + the world smash ‘A State of Trance’ compilation by Armin Van Buuren, receiving huge support from the Trance elite including Paul Oakenfold, Paul Van Dyk, Ferry Corsten and Marco V. Shortly afterwards, Release 2 in ‘Naked Angel’ and release 3 in ‘Red Line Highway’ smashed their way into the dance charts in quick succession with the first two releases snapped up by the world’s most respected Trance label, ‘ID&T’. UK releases on the awesome ‘Made in England’ followed on their heels. Scott’s next release sees a massive return from the Trance favourite with a spring release already scheduled. Watch out for more info coming very soon.

One of the most popular and respected Trance DJs in the world continues to attract capacity crowds across the globe with sets that never fail to deliver on expectations.

Hey I bought my ticket for this tonite at Boomtown, but the ticket doesn't like like the usual tickets, you get. No perforation for the stub, no barcode etc. It looks more like a little flyer but it has a 3 digit number written on it? Is this a real ticket?
