It is 10:08 and this is my review for AGROculture and Funboyz party, Juicy. We arrived at Stadium station thinking it was check point. Later found out, its actually the science world Starbucks. Anyways, we wait at the Burger King parking lot waiting for the charter bus. And out of the blue comes a fucking monsoon. Ha Ha Ha! Rain comes down hard. Anyways, ended up waiting like an hour before we arrive at the venue. Precise is in the car wearing a radio. I found that funny. Anyways, we arrive 2 min later. And AGROCulture is there to greet us. Anyways, G-nuis was fucking blazing on the decks showing his DMC skills. And the dude who was beatboxing was dope too.
Anyways, I gotta work in 15minutes and I've only gotten 2hrs sleep. Good party, thank god I didn't sit up stairs in the chairs. To everyone who went, you know what I'm taking about. :Power-P: Bigup to Dave and the rest of the crew who setup the party. ~Tim |

Here was my night:
First off, started drinking at around 7 with E-Vilosity and Sebcoe. We had lots of beer and I had a lot of Bellini's at the Bourbon. Then we headed over to the checkpoint at 11 to catch Deliverance, low and behold we found a very unorganized check point which pissed me off. But, we got our way on a shuttle, and were ripping shit up before I knew it. Dave, as always, the venue was totally awesome. If one room sucked music wise, the other one was always good. Deliverance, Flave and Scotty-Oh were by far the highlights. The beatbox thing was cool for about 5 minutes, then got really annoying. I was pretty drunk, and was having fun being a geek. I danced like a mofo and am very sore today! Shoutouts go to: Jim, Dan, Maria, Dave, Kyle, Martin, Ben, Justin, Ron, "Dutchess" and "koo Daddy", Steph, Myra, Michael...and that's all I can remember that I talked with and made fun of the sketchy raver kids with. Good party, as always Dave. Oh! and Thanks Ryan (Precise) for letting me get on the shuttle first. You made my night! ps- what happened to Vinyl Richie? |

I thought I was going to break someone's face while waiting for that god damn bus. Worst ever, I really didn't think we were ever going to get there. "Oliver! Make the bus come now, NOW! But alas, we did. It's a really good thing Sammy and Aki weren't there or we never would have heard the end of it! The party was not to shabby at all. Yay for Czech and Flave!
I hope some of you saw my girl Inka rip it up in the breakz circle. She was the one wearing the blue hat and she went went in twice! Not only that but it was her first party!!! Mad props to my little breakin Inka. Anyway thanks to every one who came with me. My baby Karl, Inka, Chirs and Amy. Oliver thank you so much for coming, I hope you had a good time considering I coned you into it. Sorry we had to leave so early. See you all at Twisted! |

OMFG
OK. heres MY little review of Juicy... Or should I say the little PARKING LOT MASSIF we had....
ok, so we get there at like 11:30-12 or something like that and waiting and waiting being shuffled around from the starbucks to the mcdonalds parking lot... I ended up having to wait about 2 hours in the fucking cold rain and wind in a parking lot after having paid for a ticket to a party?!? Note to AGROculture : get yourselves organized!!!! I didnt pay to stand in a parking lot and freeze to death until 2 in the fucking morning while you guys try to shuttle everyone going to the party in one 15 person van OK :snyx: Oh yah.. there was a party right? Well,when I actuall arrived, the party was seriously awesome. great music everywhere, saw some pretty rad dancers in that circle !!Mad props to INKA for the wicked breaking!! Did anyone else see that guy with his shoe?? if you saw it you know what im talking about. Rhianna: "Seriously, Im trying to make the bus come as fast as i CAN!!!" A fun outing alltogether, too bad we had to leave sooo early, OBviously. Ppl i met ever so briefly: Bebu, Dj4mula, Crackfiend, YiPpy-SkiPpy, Blunted, Sarasunshyne, Riot, I know i forgot a bunch... =) |

To everyone who went, you know what I'm taking about. i was there and i dont know wat your talkin about. i chilled up there and hacked some butts and some doobies.. and it was fine. i guess i missed something :( o yeah it was a good party but the beatbox and scratching got real annoying more so the scratching it just sounded like a cd skipping most of the time. czechs set was fuqin dope!!! all in all tho i had a good time. |

that was a fukin wicked party!!! that was my "pretend twisted" party...so THANKS for showin up to my bday party and my OOOOHHH one year! hahaha. wut a big ass adventure!! SUPER big thx to tim for drivin is ass and allie's ass down to richmond to pick me and my friends up! "THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT US!!" yes...seriously... gettin our ass freezed up for like 3 fukin hours in the monsoon?! ewwwww! good laughs though!
the party itself was WICKED! mmmm ive never been to party like this before and the vibe is just "deadly". that second room was WAY too small though... it wasn't even a room...it was a damn chill lounge! danced my ass off all night....kinda disappointed that the "asian chick goin harsh EC style" didn't go back in the break circle cuz i seriously wouldve challenged her...but oh well she decided to stand at the corner and watch me...with my permission! LOL! neways...YAYYY! awesome awesome party...slipperyslippery floor...gross gross venue (gross as in what it is)....neways LATAZ! OH YA! can u say LAUGHFEST?! Props to Agro for another sick venue..(no pun intended)
I'll admit i didn't have any problems with cold weather or getting in because I always arrive late and I drove my ass there :). When I arrived the dmc style dood was juggling and grabbin his hat warming up the crowd nicely. The beat boxing bandit then took over and it was pretty dam good for the first 5 mins then, as stated above, it got kinda repetative. I also avoided sitting on the seats upstairs. I kept getting nasty visions of pee-wee herman strangling his 5" sea cucumber. Props to Hishee for trying to manage on the ever-skipping turntables upstairs. We tried to fix it but we failed... :043: I Blame it on all the heavy ppl running down the stairs :). Anyways, good party Dave (and all who helped), I danced like a mofo until my feet bled (literally) for Scott's set then went home and bandaged myself up.

Props to AGRO, Precise and Chigga for throwing a sick party... ol-skool style yo. Been a couple of years since I had been to a party like that. -- The entire event was well run. I mean, with any party like that, you have to expect things to go entirely not as planned IE: shuttle bus being a bit slow but ultimately it's all good. The line-up was phat and venue (hope you washed your hands often) was not that bad either! Totally sound proof which was sweet.
I met several of you F&K'ers last night... always nice to put a face to a name. Can't wait to meet a bunch of you at Twisted 2002. Hey BeBu*FunFun, you live in Ditch, oops I mean Richmond? -- So do I! Sheeeeeeeeeiiiiiiit I thought I was the only one! :500: T-MINUS 6 DAYS TILL PAR-TAY TIME! Peace. |
