When that happens, I try and do something calming and drink tea or something warm so that all my senses are calm, or I write down what's bugging me and get it on another source besides inside my head. It sucks but during the day try going for a walk so that you're extra tired for bed.... getting enough exercise and such is critical to having a relaly good sleep

*try drinking camomile tea before bed
*burn lavender incense or oil ... u can also try dabbing a little bit of the oil on your temples *take a hot bath (again with lavender oil if you like) *read (usually puts me to sleep) and if none of these work .. like everyone else said... weed usually does the trick but i find it makes u wake up with a headache.. or "pot hang over" as i like to call it.... or u could try some red wine.... but same deal-hangover. bascially u want to do something that helps u unwind... if your trying to go to bed right after doing something... ur mind is usually still going... take like an hour before bed for yourself to relax and unwind from the day...i thought i was an insomniac for the longest time, but i realized i was trying to go to bed too quickly after a long stressful day when my mind was still racing... now i can get to bed no problems. good luck :) |

I get weed hangovers, it's like waking up burnt out and takes longer to wake wake yourself up and get out of bed and stuff.

Ahhh, well if thats a weed hangover I dont think Ive had one of thoes of a good couple years now.
