seriously, stfu. where ever you live it may not be considered that cold BUT TO THOSE WHO ARE ACCLIMATIZED TO VANCOUVER WEATHER IT IS COLD. (and for anyone with bad circulation, it's even worse).

I didn't wait outside for a bus, no... but I did shovel the snow yesterday morning in chorts and a muscle shirt, and did go door to door last night(and will again today, because my staff are pussies and callingin sick and productionc an't drop because of pussies) in a t-shirt and zip up coat/sweater. Also im sitting in boxers right now with the window in my computer room wide open. It isn't cold.

stating the fact that is cold, and whining and complaining about it are two different things. i know how to keep myself warm, thanks. i've been in colder climates before as well (hello -40 before windchill). but it just gets annoying when people who ARE USED TO COLDER PLACES are all "omg it's not cold, blahb lahblahblahbalbhla" because it may not be cold for them, but it is for us who aren't used to it. (and people who complain about it being cold, no matter what the temperature suck just as much as though who think they're better because they come from a colder climate)

^It's not about being better because you're from a different climate. I hate complaining about cold simply because I hate complaining. Complaining about anythign, too hot, too rainy too cold w.e. What the hell is complaining going to get you.. nothing.

i don't want to move to tahiti. i actually kind of like here, thanks.
and again, i wasn't complaining about it being cold. jackets/hoodys/gloves keep me warm enough. i actually like the snow. and alex, if you read the last sentence of my post you'd see that i hate people complaining about it being cold, just as much as i hate people telling me it's not cold just because they're used to something different. (and the way some people go about, it does make them sound like they think they're better than others for it. not everyone, but there are some out there). heat/cold is different for everyone. so i think everyone should just shut up about it.

^ It's what People in Vancouver do. Bitching about the Weather is something that everyone on the Coast does. You can always count on a lively conversation with a random on the Bus just by mentioning the Weather.

I'm a freak about temperatures, they just simply don't affect me. Where you are from has nothing to do with it... a good friend is from lethbridge(same place as I am) and lived in Edmonton for a couple years before coming here just before the summer. Last night he had onan under shirt, a couple sweaters, a hugejacket a touque and gloves and was still complaining. As for my comments, they weren't necessarily directed at you, just statements in general. Ihate complaining regardless of what it's about. Money, weather, anything.
