csr rep: can you check this address, cust is waiting for tech me: sure exchange info me: uhhh, work order is for the 26th csr: ohh.. well, can i pass the customer on to you cause i might have the wrong account number. me: NO! it's not my fault you got the account number wrong, i deal with same day appointments and i'm not going to talk to an angry customer when it's not even my problem. csr: ok... but, in all.... then i hung up on him. |
